Positive: The location was awesome, right on the beach. Our room was beachside with a balcony. Housekeeping came everyday which was nice. Overall staff was nice. The hotel is nice but there is lots of room for improvement! Negative: Our first room was not acceptable. The toilet was not sealed to the floor and the bed spreads were worn to the threads. They did move us to another room which was nicer.
Everything was great from the moment we arrived on Thursday until we left on Sunday. Great service,pool area,bar and great spot on the beach you can walk to a lot of places. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would recommend and probably will stay again next year.
My family and I, checked into the 2 Queen bedroom Suite. Originally our stay was reserved for 3 night, we ended up extending our stay for 2 additional nights. Honestly, I don’t have any negative experience with this hotel whatsoever. I absolutely recommend! I am a General Manager for Beach Resort Hotels, and I want to give “the Jamaican queen” at the front desk, a huge thank you for her amazing Customer Service. She enjoys what she does and does it well! She is very knowledgeable, attentive, helpful. She and the entire staff made our stay as accommodating and easy as possible, from check in to check out. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again in the future!
Perfect for a little weekend getaway! Checked in on Sunday and checked out Monday. Relatively quiet with a stunning ocean view from our 4th floor room. AC was nice and cold and the room was clean! Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Parking situation is a bit rough for underground parking because the spots are a little tight but there’s plenty of walkable shops and places to eat nearby so driving isn’t necessary. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
The parking is valet only! You are not allow park your own vehicle and they park them 2 deep, so if you are behind someone, that car has to be moved. Also, elevators are SMALL and slow, and I only found 2 total! Otherwise, rooms were nice and clean! Nice location!
Located directly on the beach, this wonderful gem features a pool and hot tub, with a poolside tiki bar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the hotel staff couldn't seem happier to assist every step of the way. Has a classic "older style" beach appeal and atmosphere that you don't receive in large "name brand" hotel chains at a fraction of the cost. A perfect place for an affordable weekend getaway with family, friends, or just for yourself. I would certainly stay here again!
no issues, all the staff was nice and helpful. the room was real clean. checking in was easy, the 15.00 a day for staying i didn't like but it is what it is.the, pool was nice and big and clean, hot tub was nice. i would stay again, no issues getten my car, all and all every thing was good.
Our family loved the hotel. Great service and staff. The room was very clean, no bad smells that we have encountered in other hotels. Front desk and Manager were very helpful in upgrading one room on the floor to another with a patio.
