Disgusting doesn’t even describe this place!! Room smelled like straight up urine. Dirty walls, dirty baseboards. Bathroom sink wasn’t stable on the base could lift it right up. Soap scum in the shower with caked on dirt and hair. Beds were nasty and extremely uncomfortable. No cleaning done, no sheets or exchange of clean towels. No chair, no coffee maker. Air conditioner was old and loud. No elevator. Television and WiFi didn’t work. Smoke detectors didn’t have flashing red lights to indicate they were working. Door locks were shabby. Didn’t feel safe. Management let parties go on all night long. The photos you see are fabricated. Place does not look like pictures. OSHA and CODE enforcement needs to be called ASAP! Paid for 4 days left after 2. Save yourself. Don’t book here. We will never return. This below comment from the owner 👇👇is a lie. For a one night beach get away from NYC this was perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place has a nice family vibe. The sun deck on the third floor is amazing for sitting and watching the beach and board walk, catching the breeze and sunset and sunrise. 🌅 Multi linguistic staff. The rooms are a little dated but that adds to the weather beaten charm one expects at the sea shore.

This hotel is the best location for everything you need at the boardwalk. The hotel overlooks the ocean. It is a mere 1 minute walk to feel the ocean on your feet and the sister hotels have pools if you want a pool. The staff is beyond helpful with carrying your bags to your rooms, pointing you in the right direction for dinners, and you leave feeling like family. This is my new favorite place to stay. June 2024

The only reason this review even gets 2 stars is because it's on the boardwalk. First off, the room that we anticipated getting based off of the pictures on their photos were nothing like what we actually received. First off, they tried to place us in a motel across from this hotel for some reason which I thought was sketchy and when we went in that room, it was so outdated and dark with wooden walls and no natural lighting. We immediately went back to the office and asked for a room at this location (which is what we should have received initially). The guy, Jordan, then found a room on the 2nd floor in Room 4, which was in the corner of the building facing a mural. Upon entry, we noticed the lock was not secure and was shakey, which was a red flag for 2 ladies. The room furniture was nothing like what they advertised in their photos. We didn't have a couch (which is on the layout for a 2 double bed room) and the furniture was a dark brown/black as opposed to the light brown were were anticipating. The sheets were not clean (had straight blond and brunette hair strands throughout) and the comforter has a red stain on it (who knows what that was). We ended up just sleeping on top of the comforter with a towel under us. It was so uncomfortable and cringy to sleep on. The bathroom door opens out and bumps into the bed next to it so the space was very limited. The bathroom ceiling tiles were not secured and had cracks in the ceiling tile light fixture. The face basin drawers were cracked and had metal sticking out. The shower has soap scum and mold on the bottom upon entry and wall paper was practically coming apart. It was a horror show and quite frankly seemed really ghetto. It's amazing they are charging $175 after taxes and they are using Direct TV for entertainment with no wifi. At best, the room is worth $85-$95 for the night. Other people may have had a different experience because maybe their rooms were different but if you are going to advertise a certain look in your photos, it should be consistent throughout the hotel. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy as it was so cringy to be in and if it wasn't so late in the day, we would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. I even asked Jordan for some sort of reimbursement for the catfish experience and he said unfortunately he can not. Whew, talk about customer service... Well, that's it that's all. If we ever do come back to the shore, I will drive to Tom's River to find a real decent hotel as I see many of the places in Seaside Heights are 2 and 3 star stays unfortunately. Another day survived at least. Hope this helps someone out there!

So I called to make reservation some guy answered phone could not really understand what he was saying. Made reservation and realized never got confirmation so I call and Mohammed sent it over a few hours later I realized I booked at the wrong hotel so I emailed back to tell them I would like to cancel my reservation so they canceled my reservation but never refunded me the deposit charge and this was within 24 hours of my original call they never responded to my email the same day about the refund had to call an email back-and-forth then they tell me that there will be no refund because cancellation needs 30 days before reservations I had about 2 weeks which when they sent me an email never stated what the cancellation policy was or is not even on the website nothing posted. Do not stay there. They are crooks.

We stayed in a family suite. Which is nice for parents and kids, long-term and life friends. My husband and I enjoyed this spot for our multi destination trip. Location is primo in regards to family activities and activities for grown folks. Beautiful 5-second walk to the Broadwalk and another 10 seconds you are stepping onto the beach. Room was clean and they were generous with the bleach while cleaning, which I adore. But did not overwhlem Police was a nice presence but not overbearing. Far away from personalities types you will find in other coast towns and cities. This is one of the 4 top in demand hotel places in this location. It is also a family business. The owner was a soft-spoken gentleman who also knows all the the must see locations When we book next year, we will keep this place in mind. It was one of the 3 hotels, we would actually stay at again.

The whole building looks dirty, strong cigarette smell all over, the pool didn't look clean. I had to call for room service and someone just left a bag with towels on the door I had to take out the garbage. Will not stay here again. I guess you get what you paid for as this motel was cheap.

Great location, awful staff. The rude and disrespectful fella running this place has an absolutely great location here, so if you’re okay with cleaning your room yourself, smaller than advertised beds, and probably dealing with some nonesense- it’s not so bad! - - - update - - - since my original post the property manager has replied…I strongly encourage you to read thru the reviews as I’m defo not alone in my experience. So, yeah-they will recommend you eat at the restaurant they also own, the rest of that reply is more nonsense…you’re not allowed bring guests back to your room or to hang out under the awnings outside your room, the rooms are filthy, beds are smaller than advertised, and the property manager is a bit of an insecure irrational hot head.
