Blystone Farm - Chicken & Mutton Shop in Canal Winchester - 8677 Oregon Rd, USA

Pretty solid place. I was told they had awesome burgers so we had to try it out. We started off with some of their fries that had a parmesan cream sauce and blue cheese which were tasty. I ordered the 34c burger and the wild mushroom soup. The soup was a little cool but it tasted really good. As for the burger, I wasn't really impressed. The pretzel bun to patty ratio was way off. I couldn't even taste the meat. I also expected them to have a bunch of burger options but all they had was the 34c burger and build your own. We did try the wings, and the mayaki was freaking awesome. We will be back for the wings for sure. Service was ok, it was the first day using the handheld devices i guess. Our drinks went empty a few times and i even asked for water that was forgotten about. I'll chalk it up to learning the new system. The atmosphere is really neat since this is on a darn farm. You can literally look out the window and see your dinner walking around, it's amazing. Hope to see some improvements, on the burger side, but we will be back for wings and to check out the shop! Food came out hot and big beer selection. Restaurant was pretty busy. The owner even greeted people and was bussing tables. Best owner I’ve ever seen jump in and helped. Restaurant was open till 9pm the meat shop and gift store open till 6pm. Best thing on the menu is everything also fire roasted pizza.

We had a great dinner last night! Food was delicious, server was friendly! We received our order in good time and it was cooked perfectly to order! The band was great. I thought the food was a little pricey for patio tables. The market prices were not listed anywhere and our server had to go ask.

Waiter was having an off night. Steak was marbled a lot, which waiter informed us of in advance. Baked potato was a bit disappointing and salad was ok. I expected a better meal for $233 for 4 people. 4 beers, 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, 4 meals. Was here 2 years ago and it was excellent.

So cool! Such a great atmosphere. The food is delicious and the server was friendly and took great care of us. She couldn't have possibly been better. The staff in the store was great and helpful. Everyone was friendly. I saw complaints about them not requiring masks & trying to bully a great business. I saw customers with a mask. If you feel better wearing a mask, wear one. Someone complained about them not having hand sanitizer. It wasn't a problem for me. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathrooms were very clean too!

Forget farm-to-table...this place is table-to-farm! I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place for fear it will ruin the small-town, America atmosphere, but man this place is almost too good to be true! The food, although not perfect, is better than 90% of the places in the greater Columbus area and prices are better than reasonable! Service was great (on a night they had a live bluegrass band), but the ambiance and atmosphere is what sets this place apart! It almost feels like a movie set! Perfect country setting and facilities are great! Bartender recommended a great bourbon, which they also had a very unique selection of...and a decent smattering of craft beers on tap! Give this place a shot, and you won't regret it!

I pulled up to this restaurant and loved that it is located on the farm. It is a beautiful local gem with great food and market. My party had six people. The service was lightning fast and a laid back atmosphere. Bottomless coffee! I most definitely will be back.

Such wonderful atmosphere here! Everyone is happy to see you, ready to serve you delicious food, and there's always a smile on everyone's face. Live music for entertainment, wine slushies to cool down with, and happy animals you can interact with! I can't wait to go back again. Will definitely take the whole family next time.
