EDIT : HOW CAN I REVIEW THEM?
We need facts, I have changed from spectrum to Bluestream 1Gb, the modem they provide gets you only one RJ45, it is plug to their Wifi Adapter. Of course, Like every company they certify only their adapters. If you want to use more "cable" devices, You get a good 1Gb router, and then you get 400 Mb on the cable. They do not have or provide no device with more than 1 RJ45. I guess they have their reasons, On my side I would say... THAT IS 100% wrong. Guys, your customers are not only 75 yo Snowbirds, you may have customers who needs a better equipment... I Should not have changed my provider for that reason... On the bright side, The fact that we can call and talk to someone and they are reactive to send you technicians is a positive fact. Bluestream, you have maybe one thing to improve... Get a better modem for your customers if they want to use something else...
I have worked with Jason and communication needs for over 15 years with two different companies.
