Visited a second branch in DC after trying this in Philly. Absolutely loved it. Their rainbow bowl and breakfast bowl is super delicious and healthy, you fell full yet satisfied that you've filled your stomach with something good. Staff are very helpful as well. The seating in this branch are a bit odd given there's just some seating. But overall highly recommended.
I was staying at the Darcy and decided to stop by Bluestone Lane. I ordered a coffee and chocolate croissant on the tablet. There was no line at the time, but it quickly started to get busy. As I waited for my order to be made, I watched as the person working the counter sold the last chocolate croissant in the case, which I had already ordered and paid for, to another customer. Ok, no big deal. I got in line, waited for them to finish taking orders from everyone ahead of me, and asked for a refund of the croissant since they didn’t have any more. The two people working the counter couldn’t figure out how to do the refund so they got a gentleman from the back to help. He said he processed the refund and would ensure it went through. Here I am 10+ days later and my card has been charged the price of the coffee and a chocolate croissant and no refund has been issued. I also ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to make my drink after I asked for the refund. They served every single customer who came in after me prior to making my drink, and my drink was only made after I went to the counter and asked them to refund that as well.
I really enjoyed coming to this coffee shop the servers Adriana and Gerver were so friendly. The food is so delicious. I will come back again.
More avocado than lettuce in my salad, so if that's your thing, go for it. The WiFi is good. The food is not.
