It's a super cute spot with a lot of different options for food and drinks. The two times I went service was weird and that's the only reason I'm giving it four star. The baristas either didn't even talk just stared at you until yous aid something, no smile, no greeting, and even ordering was just a very lackluster attitude. Sometimes they call out your name and sometimes they don't which can make things confusing they just set it out and you have to pay attention to if it's your order or not. Sometimes people have bad days but I've been twice and felt this way both times. Again, food and drinks are great. Atmosphere great. They have some merch for sale and plants which is ways a plus. But customer service can really make or break and experience and that's been a bummer for me. Again, maybe I just got unlucky!
My favorite coffee shop in JC by far! Vibes are excellent for a study/work spot. Their signature drink, the Blue’s Brew (blueberry white mocha), is fantastic. Their seasonal drink menus are so creative and fun. Love Blue’s!
Customer service was amazing! The girl taking orders was really friendly and informative when we asked any questions. The coffee is good too. Really pretty place with great seating and lots of photo ops too! AND they have lots of gluten free/ vegan options!! I got the blueberry cardamum muffin which was good.
Great chai latte! I also had a nice cinnamon roll, strawberry pop tart, and pizza everything bagel. It was a nice place to sit and get some work done on my laptop.
Blue’s is such a unique addition to downtown JC. Their drinks are always fantastic and the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I always enjoy their fun seasonal menus. If you ever have a little bit of time, Blue’s Is definitely worth it. I haven’t tried their mimosas, but I’ve only heard great things. This coffee shop is awesome!
My mom, sister, and I tried the specialty February drink with strawberry , mocha, and beet root, and it most certainly did not disappoint! We all loved them and enjoyed the flavors that were mixed together. We also got board butters and those were phenomenal! Such a clever idea, and great to share with girlfriends or a significant other for a little pick me up! We absolutely loved everything and will be back!
I love Blues Brews. Sarah their crew are always so welcoming and kind- and their coffee is amazing! Do yourself a favor and visit the best coffee shop in the Tri cities!
Literally only the hottest, nicest, funniest, and most genuinely good people work here! Every single coffee/food item is magic. I ascend into my own personal heaven upon entering this shop. This is where I want to be buried.

I come here all the time to get sandwiches and coffee for the guys at work and they love it. The location is clean and theyâre consistent with each cup. Not only are they really nice and accommodating but the food and baked goods are great.

This is great place to get coffee and the service is always amazing. Every time I have went, the staff have always been polite and personable. They also have smoothies and shakes that my kids really enjoy so something for the whole family.
