Only disappointment is this Resort is smaller in size, no pool or hot-tub, but you are in the heart of downtown. Walked around and saw so many places I want to eat I will have to come back for a longer stay. My only disappointment: No drawers for clothes. There is a closet to hang clothes, but living out of my suitcase. Otherwise, my 2 bedroom is fabulous with nice sized LED TV's.
Hotel was awesome.
Room was great.
Service was fantastic. JASMINE (at the front desk) is the definition of Southern Hospitality. Beautiful. Kindhearted. Welcoming. Phenomenal.
Location is perfect. Located in the heart of DOWNTOWN SAVANNAH. Walking distance to the Historic River Street and all of the famous places. Perfect because traffic can be a bit heavy, especially around holidays and weekends.
We loved this resort and being in Savannah for the first time. The unit was nice, bed was comfy, quiet and beautifully decorated. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance. They include valet service but the parking is expensive.
I regret to inform you that I recently encountered some challenges while dealing with the Savannah location. Upon entering the property on 10-15-23 I was greeted by Mandy(front desk rep) who had an attitude from the very beginning. I said Good Afternoon gave her my name and told her I was at the property to use the Owner's lounge. She told me she did not see any notes for me having access to the owners lounge. I explained I was just at the property on Tuesday in the owners lounge and was told I would be to access the lounge again on Sunday. I explained to her my guests was on the way and we needed to try and resolve this situation. I explained to her upon becoming an owner I was told that we have a variety of properties that owners can use for parties and events. I asked did we have one in Savannah because I am a photographer and I love using a variety of locations. I was told yes we do, you just always have to call and make sure that availability is available. Mandy told me that was a lie and that Bluegreen lies just to get owners to join. Mandy then proceeded to tell me that I was lied to, but she will go ahead and let me use the lounge for an hour. As my guests arrived Mandy came up to the owners lounge and asked me to give Ryan (General Manager) a call because we are not allowed to use the owners lounge. Ryan came to the lounge with an attitude explaining to me that as an owner I do not have access to the property. I tried to explain to him what I was told at my owners review, but he seems like he could care less. I was told to leave or he would call the police on me. My guest was a 16 year old minor. This was beyond embarrassing to me as well as it should be to Bluegreens. Ebony(Presentation Sales Rep) explained to me that I did not do anything wrong but follow directions from what I was told. She said she could not believe they were treating an owner this way. I understand that no business is immune to occasional hiccups, and I hope this letter serves as constructive feedback to help your company improve its service. I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and will take the necessary steps to address the issues I have raised.
This property is close to most everything one would want to experience and visit in historic Savannah. The units are decently appointed with comfortable beds, good kitchens and nice bathrooms. Internet service is at times spotty, and wifi is not strong in some areas of the units. There is a small roof top sitting area with a fire pit. The staff are welcoming and seek to be helpful. Parking is costly. For someone wanting to explore Savannah, this is the place to stay, but knowing there are limited amenities.
It's a small but cozy place. The suite was clean and well stocked with necessities. The staff were welcoming and kind
The hotel is small with no reception area. The room is fine however there is no dresser or any drawers to store clothes. Remember to bring a laundry basket because there is no in room washer/dryer. Valet service was not available within an acceptable time. They utilize a text service that notifies requests are received and then 15 minutes later notifies that no one is available to get the car. Also, was not told Valet is not available 24 hours a day, which created a problem when departing.
I purchased a vacation from bass pro shop for $250 for 3 nights and 4 days and planned to use for me and my wifes honeymoon however 2 months before the wedding and was asked if i owned a credit card and what my income was. I was then denied my stay with not having a credit card and my income didnt meet the requirements. I was then asked if i could have someone sit in my place who met the requirements and the answer was no. So this company is a pyramid scheme that steals your money without any remorse for deliberately hiding details from purchasers. If you go to a bass pro shop or anywhere thats offering a vacation under the guise of bluegreen do not fall for it.

What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - itâs big and comfortable and, if you ask, theyâ
Very happy with our stay (2-nights). Entire facility recently renovated. Rooms and lobby all brand new with modern features. Nice breakfast options. Conveniently located just inside gate 1 of HAAF. Beds and soft sheets felt great. Great value for
Room confusion. System errors. Double booked. Roaches. Maintenance came by willing to spray after two notifications but said I had to leave for at least 6 hours. Oh my God this place is the worst. Looks clean but it is not. Room service also doesn't
The hotel is located in an old river front building. Old brick interior walls, wood floors, and period furniture. Very comfortable, lux bedding. Wonderful shower, too. The managers cocktail party was a plus. Great drinks and food. Rooms are a little
We booked this hotel for a last-minute night in Savannah and it was perfect for a quick getaway. It is a quick walk down to the river where there are several shops and restaurants and we enjoyed strolling along the river after dinner. The hotel felt
Great hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lobby space is just like one would expect in a well kept Embassy - grand, clean, and finishes that are not worn looking. Room was the same way. Great breakfast, hotel is 2 minutes off of I 95, and p
This is our second stay at a TRU hotel and it was again SUPERB! It's our new favorite hotel to stay at instead of the Hamptons by Hilton.... This location was clean and had an incredibly inviting vibe.. My room was super clean and the AC worked aweso
One of my favorite hotels in the area to stay! It was clean, smelled great and the customer service was 1000!! Seth was so accommodating, and the check in was quick! One thing I didn't like, which had nothing to do with the hotel, was the water/sewer
I really enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Brice this past weekend. Right off the bat, the valet and the ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming! It was a busy weekend at the Kimpton, and the staff really handed it well and with smiles on their
Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
I love the community and teachers at Savannah Power Yoga! Also the NEW LOCATION in Wilmington is GORGEOUS. They have thought of everything to have a clean, beautiful aesthetic with a spacious feel. When Iâm visiting Charleston itâs my hOMe studio
Great place to stay. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be a better mattress in our room. You are literally so close to a perfect review, but the mattresses need improvement!
We were visitors at this studio for the day during our trip to Savannah. We absolutely loved the spaciousness of the lobby and the studio. They had the new treads. The rowers are closer together than some other studios but the floor was super spaciou
I was just here for the first time this afternoon. I was welcomed by âAliceâ who knows much about the history within the exhibits. Immediately upon entering, you witness wall to wall military artifacts of various theaters. The nice feature about
What a great way to end the tour of the American Prohibition Museum. The bartender was so friendly and interactive with all of us in the bar. We had a fun experience with Malört and toasting to my birthday. The two cocktails(Sidecar & French 75) we
