Checked out 3 days early due to a couple of guests having sex in the hottub while my daughters were in the pool. We left immediately, packed our belongings and went home. I spoke to the manager who was not on duty during the time of the visual assault and indecent behavior and she proceeded to SCREAM at me over the phone and hang up. The front desk agents who were working were very helpful and reassuring but I didn’t feel that the resort was being properly managed or at that point safe. I tried to contact owner support and was left with prompts to leave messages but no support. We have visited this resort annually for 6 years and unfortunately we won’t be back. The River walk looks gorgeous with their new addition. My money will go elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism with management staff. Parents be warned, some guests may not act appropriately due to lack of supervision from resort staff. Any complaints will be met with harsh words and a dead phone line.

Came here for some relaxation! The place is nice with a nice pool and two tier hot tub! The bedroom is large with a king sized bed! The living room is nice but are view was of the parking lot, oh well! The staff is friendly and the resort is very clean

We stayed in a one bedroom unit in the original building. The room was nice and clean. We did enjoy our stay and the staff where very nice. The only thing is that the kitchen was very small. There was a table with only two chairs and very small counter room. The bathroom was bigger then the kitchen. There was a banging sound that happen every hour we are not sure where it was coming from, it was not in the unit it was from the building somewhere.

I had booked this hotel via priceline and was impressed by the cost. 114 a night for a resort? What a steal. I had arrived and was immediately given a sales pitch about a time share, with the staff asking us about what we were doing on certain days which was definitely unwelcomed. The room was nice and clean, but had a few maintenance issues including a broken toilet handle and a burnt out light in the bathroom. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lincoln. Overall this is a well priced hotel, however it is a stretch to call it a resort unless you consider being badgered over timeshares a resort-like experience.

This review should be a 4.5 but, that isn't an option. We like this resort and will be back. There are, however, a few issues. For example, the TV in the living room has different channels than the TV in the bedroom. That's just wierd! The outside pool is closed for repairs. Why would you close the pool 4th of July week for repairs? The indoor pool is okay but who wants to be indoors all the time? The hot tub isn't overly hot. It's more like a warm tub. There is one ice machine and it's on the 4th floor. We are on the 1st floor. The coffee machine is on the 1st floor, not in the lobby, which is the 2nd floor AND it's only available until noon each day. This seems to be a Bluegreen thing but it's frustrating! We had an issue with the tub drain. They were on it and it was fixed same day. Kudos to the maintenance team. All of the employees seem friendly and happy to be working here.

Great hotel in Lincoln. The rooms are big and offer a kitchen. The hotel staff is kind and polite. The hotel is clear and located near Loon mountain. There’s no ski shuttles and that is a bummer, and the hotel offers no breakfast or an in house restaurant. The pool area is super nice, although the water of the main pool is on the colder side. The hotel also has an in site mini arcade and that was appreciated by the kids. The executive suite comes with a theater and that was super cool.

We were so excited when we booked this property 10 months ago only to arrive and be staying in the basement of the property with half windows that look up to the parking lot and bushed. This property has a variety of 1 bedroom units so if you book here, be aware of exactly what room you are booking. Some of the rooms advertised as 1 bedroom suits are basically studios. There are no common areas, it’s your room only. So if you are looking for a resort feel, you won’t find it here. There is nothing resort about this property! No restaurant, no bar, no common areas, nothing resort about it at all. I don’t understand how they are able to call themselves a resort. I could have booked anywhere for what it cost me to stay here during Presidents week. I have never been so disappointed in a property. The pool was closed for planned renovations for our entire stay, we were not notified prior to our stay. When we arrived were told we could use the pool 2 miles down the road only to arrive there with our children and be turned away because that resort couldn’t accommodate both properties guests during a very busy holiday week. Which was told to the manager of South Mountain Resort but not communicated to their guests. We travel often and this is definitely the most disappointing property we have booked. Book elsewhere unless you know exactly what you’re going to get or have zero expectations because you will be disappointed. I will be reviewing this property on every travel site so people are aware.
