If you love the get away feel this is the place to be! Amazing staff, grounds and cabins. Love the outdoor hot tub. Great time relaxing with my husband. Was offered a tour and a gift card I turned them down and was never harassed about it again. Just an overall great experience. We love Christmas mountain so much we exchange from Wyndham so we can stay here.

We stayed at Christmas Mountain many times. This time for 2 weeks. It’s been so wonderful. No, not an owner, but a platinum RCI member. I’ve had good luck getting in using weak points from other ownerships.|| The pine villas are great. They are handy to the pool as well. Mulligan’s (restaurant /bar) was great too. There were friendly employees there. || The weather for snow didn’t cooperate, but being there was great. We saw several shows. We had friends and family visit including my 8 year old grandson. || We will be back in the future.

Beautiful resort and the guest services go above and beyond to make the trip memorable. Love the area, in the woods and we had a 3 bedroom which was beautiful. The tubing and skiing are great and we are actually here in the middle of a blizzard without a worry in the world

We enjoyed our stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. We got a 3 bedroom unit and it was plenty spacious for our family. It was well maintained and had 2 outdoor decks to enjoy the outdoors. My only complaint on the units in the Timbers are the amount of steps.

When we arrived to check in they couldn't find our reservation. I had my printed confirmation. But, there wasn't a confirmation# on it, they kept asking multiple times if I was sure it was the right week or dates or was it booked by someone else. I showed them numerous times my confirmation printout. Apparently the problem was we did a late booking thru RCI and. it was still in their system under the previous bookings name. They said they only printed the bookings out once a week and our booking was done after their weekly printing. They. really never seemed apologetic in any way for Our extensive wait of about about 45 minutes and we were exhausted after a 12 hour drive there with 3 kids. Then they wanted us to sign up for a tour. I had no patience by that time just give us our parking pass and get us out of there. Then at the indoor pool the slide was closed. But numerous kids were climbing up and around and using it anyway. I was extremely disappointed in the unit. The kitchen was the worst we've ever had. Absolutely no counter space to work. Had to use the kitchen table. The best thing was if you needed something and called,, hey got it to you promptly. But we couldn't call on the phone in the unit as it didn't work. They did try to come fix it. But were unable to

Large resort with lots of amenities included. Timeshare pitch always offered but we held firm with no and they moved on. We stayed in the deluxe Timbers with was a combo of a 1 bed/1 bath and a 2bed/2 bath. Pool area is good, but my kids at 6 & 8 are getting too big for the pool.

We had a wonderful trip and will for sure be back next year. The resort is awesome and has lots of amenities, depending on what time of year you visit. Staff was friendly but also extremely pushy with wanting you to go do their “timeshare preview”. We were there to relax and they called the room several times a day and it got pretty annoying since we were there a week. The villa we stayed in had horrible plumbing issues and some broken appliances that we reported to the staff. Overall the location is very private and appealing. Close to everything. We went during off season so we will be back again to enjoy some of the summer activities next year.

I've stayed in two other timeshares here and this place is very nice. I like the individual cabins and the general feel for the place. The amenities seem great for a family as well. Its not too far to Lake Delton for supplies and I felt very comfortable here.
