First of all i love that this resort is NOT on the main strip. Its off to itself and more quiet then the big resort areas. You are 15 min from all the chaos of the strip. The rooms were clean and nice. The lobby and restaurants were all clean and well maintained. We ate at all of the except the one out on the water. A bit expensive but good food and convenient! We walked the pier out to Alligator point every night for the sunset. We saw dolphins, decorator sea urchins, and tons and tons of little crabs. The pools were nice and warm. They weren't crazy busy so we had no problem getting a chair when we wanted one. They offered some yard games by the pool bar. There was a game room but the ac was broken in there. They said they were working on it but in the week we were there it was not fixed. They need more luggage carts or to make them where they don't fit in the rooms. We could not find one anywhere to take out luggage out when we left. The resort offers free bike rentals to ride to the marina. We tried it once and the bikes are like new. No issues with them at all. They are updating the resort so there is construction all around. I don't see this as bad because they are improving the resort! I would visit again in a few years for sure to see what has changed. We all enjoyed our visit!

It’s a beautiful hotel. I was worried because of the reviews but our room was very clean. It’s a little out dated but clean so I do not mind. The hotel is gorgeous it really is a beautiful property! Staff is mostly nice there was a little man at the front desk who woke up ready to tell you no🤣 so I avoided him. The blond lady with glasses is really sweet! Didn’t catch names. Over all it was a great trip stayed a week. No room service. Pool closes at dark which is early. But I don’t mind they got gators and snakes so better be safe than sorry🤣 the board walk all the way down to the little beach is incredible❤️

The resort is very nice and clean! They provide all of your cooking supplies, even if you bbq, as well as bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner hung conveniently along the shower/bath wall. If you are looking for beachfront, only a portion of the units have it, so verify that before booking. Overall, nice place.

My family stayed two nights at this resort the week of 7/29. The photos and reviews seemed amazing and the price was great for being “on the water with a private beach.” Y’all I got catfished. Instead of a pristine, well-maintained hotel with private beach, multiple restaurants/bars - I found a discount zone knock off. My room’s carpet was stained and frayed, the hallway reeked of mold and mildew, and the sheets didn’t appear to be clean. The Game Center I was so excited for my kids to see - sweltering hot with a broken air conditioner and a temporary AC that never got the temperature above 88 with humidity of 99%. The pools have mold growing in them (where the tile above the water meets the concrete deck). The lawn sprinklers turned on at 5:30 around the pool deck where literally all 20 people staying at the resort were hanging out and proceeded to drench my belongings and everyone else who put something on a deck chair. Service men everywhere and notices of scheduled power outages (plural) on the first day that were there. The best part of my stay - the $7 mermaid margarita at the pool. I cannot overstate how welcome a good margarita was at this point of our stay. Walked down the boardwalk to a bar - closed (at 1pm on a Monday) and never opened while we were there. The “beach” was more a mud flat, but we are on the bay so not unexpected. The rinse off shower by the “beach” didn’t work. Also ran out of ice (cough-cough- there’s only one ice machine for the whole resort) the night before we left and the morning we left. Resort could be amazing and I’m not usually in the habit of leaving bad reviews, but I feel like I got duped by the wonderful reviews, and want people to make informed decisions that all is not well at this resort.

We are use to having our 1bdr unit as we are time share owners and were not aware of the renovations until a day before arrival. We had a hotel type room with a mini frig, microwave and juliette balcony. Our bed was comfortable but I noticed popcorn on the floor close to the bed. We didn't eat popcorn so it was missed during cleaning before we checked in. The bathroom was small and tight and the toilet low. As this place allows pets and I saw some fairly large dogs I can only hope they clean thoae rooms better than they cleaned ours. The workout room is awesome, as are the common areas and the food at the restaurants on site was tasty. The property has access to Serenity Spa next door which was a draw for me and services there gave me access to their private pool, hot tub, sauna, etc which was less crowded and no kids than the resort. The doors and walls are thin and I could hear conversations in both along with tantrums. The hotel is dated, but the location is the biggest draw, the golf course is right there and they offer bikes to get around if you feel ambitious.its a good clip from the store via bike, about 13 mins by car. They have a game room for the kids but this location is really for a mature crowd there is the pools and scenery not a lot to keep teens enthused the ones I saw looked bored, hence why they were at the pools and hot tub all day and the little kids live at the pool from sun up to sundown. Most were with grandparents who brought the family. When they finish the renovations it should be a great place but right now it leaves a lot to be desired from this owner.

I recently booked a stay here for a few nights with my partner. The place did not meet standards at all. To start, the staff is uninformed on the system they use to manage guests and reaching an individual with the proper knowledge to assist you is like pulling teeth. Despite having nearly everything in order and needing to make one transaction at the front desk, check-in took almost 30 minutes. The elevator was dirty, and they know their inspection is overdo because they don't keep the inspection certificate in sight. They also claim that it is a pet free resort but none of the staff was attentive enough to notice that multiple people had snuck their small dogs in, and barking was heard all through the night. Upon exiting the elevator, the windows are poorly sealed, the hallways are disgusting, and the smell of mildew is prevalent all the way down the corridor thinly masked by the smell of cheap cleaning product. Upon stepping into the room, the cause is immediately obvious. The bathrooms have ZERO ventilation. There was mold and mildew in nearly every crevice, causing the paint and grout and caulk on wall and door to be bloated, peeling, or completely gone. The shower also has no grip and is a serious hazard aside from the mold shoved behind the soap dispensers. There was a microwave, a coffee machine, and a mini fridge provided right near the door and not one of them worked. The drywall separating the kitchenette from the bathroom was spongy??? and attempting to simply unplug an appliance caused me to almost put a hole in the wall. Behind the bed was littered with used condoms, wrappers, and various dubious junk. If my phone had fallen back there, I would sooner have thrown it away than attempted to clean it. The mattress had another comforter under the fitted sheet and as we had been itching the first night, out of curiosity, I picked it up on our second night there to find the bed was stained and musty. It was stained yellow and brown??? The locks on the "balcony" were broken and even when I had managed to get the door open, it was pointless because the door opens outward and hits the ledge leaving about a foot and a half of space to squeeze out there. Pointless. There were cobwebs in the curtains filled with dust and when I moved the small armchair there were crusty white stains hidden underneath. I didn't even try the sofa because the smell it left on a towel I threw over it made me tear up. The TV barely worked at all and the adaptive brightness they have on it is so terrible you can't even see the screen. The room phone doesn't even work, which didn't matter because there was rarely anyone at the front desk. I went down a few times to find out if I could at least move rooms but even when there was someone there, they either didn't have access to the computer, or the computer wasn't working at all. The pool also states no unsupervised children under the age of 16 but that's pretty much all it was. I wasn't too upset about that because walking outside is an assault to the nostrils. Just urine and chlorine. The only benefit was the bar because at least they did their job. Also, they advertise an ice machine, but I wouldn't go near that because the ice I got out of it smelt like rot. They couldn't even keep my payment in order, and I ended up overpaying nearly 200 at checkout because their systems are so old and slow that even though the charges were already posted on my account nothing was coming through for them. Also, I booked the room with a promo on their website and upon getting there paid the full price without it regardless. I've tried calling management and even when the call goes through, I just end up left on hold at the front desk. A refund wouldn't be enough to fix this. This isn't even three stars. This barely makes one. Don't waste your time.

This was a great place to stay, especially if you have children of different ages. Lots of places to explore. They have a couple kid places they can play video games that were staffed. The pool is great, not overly crowded, even for the middle of summer! Nice little market that is not astronomically priced, so that was a pleasant surprise. You can catch killer sunsets too.

I happened to come across this resort while googling a few vacation spots in the PCB area. Even with renovations going on, I can truly say that it was not disappointing! Our crew of six (3 adults / 3 kids) absolutely enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a 2br suite with a golf course view & was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the suite was. This place has something for everyone and is a short drive to PCB, local shopping, and anything else essential. The kids enjoyed dipping in each one of the pools & I personally fell in love with the scenic views on each one of my walks or while kicking my heels up on the spacious back patio of the main building. We will definitely make plans for a future visit. And I have bragged to anyone listening about how great this place is.
