Me and my wife stayed in the Quail cabin and we're blown away with how nice the place was. Massive comfortable bed, spacious Jacuzzi tub and a gas fireplace made the vacation wonderful. The kitchen came stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans and just about anything else you would need. They are located just off the highway and only a short drive out of Hemet if you want a quick getaway from the city. Wifi, cable both worked great.
Been there twice now. Honestly, the most affordable option at such a prime location in Idyllwild and it’s hard to beat their price! We didn’t have any noise issues and both times it was really peaceful, surrounded by the trees. Stargazing at the patio was so delightful and the bird chirping sound in the morning was so lovely. The sheets were clean and washed and so were the towels. The rooms were vacuumed and hot water worked well. For the price we paid, we’re extremely satisfied with this place and would continue to use them. Also their service has been nothing but good. No frill, no free streaming, no fancy stuff, but just a neat cozy cabin surrounded by nature and close proximity to downtown. If this is what you’re looking for, give this place a try!
This place was quite a disappointment. We rented a room here for my mother and there was so much wrong. The heater in the room did not work, and it was so cold at night in the mountains that we had to bring in a space heater from home. The heater in the bathroom also didn't work. The smoke detector was in disrepair. We had to have someone come to help turn on the TV and it took almost 20 minutes for it to load up. But there were some good attributes: the wifi worked well, and the location is very close to town.
Blue Bird cottage, Thank You for the best ever mountain experience my hubby and I could of asked for. Tony the owner was the nicest person to deal with because of his professionalism and accommodating manner. Husband and I will definitely be returning.
Room was really dirty. Bed sheets had brown stains. Hair in the sink. No Shampoo or soap in the dispensers. Soda stains on the night stand. They clearly don't clean the rooms between guests. Also paper thin walls where you can hear toilet flushing in the next room. Never got the WiFi code. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Place looked really cute from outside and great location. But that's it.
It's so cute and freaking beautiful here 🥰 bathroom is huge and the kitchen is perfect 🥰 will be coming back ASAP ☺️
I've stayed here once a few years ago and loved it. My boyfriend and I booked a cabin studio over this past Christmas week. The bed was comfortable and clean. The fireplace was hooked up to a thermostat that could be adjusted which was very nice since it was cold that week. The cable didn't really work but we brought a laptop to plug in so no worries on that. There's also a mini fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils provided for eating. They even have a sponge and dish soap if you want to reuse everything again. I really love that little detail. The man who checked us in seemed to be the only one on staff. The check in was a little odd because we had to phone him to let him know we arrived, but it didn't dampen the experience. Overall the stay was wonderful and I will definitely book again.
This place was so Cool I had the best time ever in the quail cabin jacuzzi tub full kitchen and AC super close to town and amazing views everywhere enjoy

Mount San Jacinto is a beautiful hike and magnificently wonderful landscape. The Round Valley hiking loop from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway made a great afternoon out-and-back excursion with breathtaking views throughout!
Great breakfast burrito, I was expecting to pay a lot more for the food. When I got my total, I was surprised at how affordable the food is. There was a wait for the lunch menu, since so many locals buy food from here. Nice and quiet atmosphere. G

Great little Mexican restaurant just outside of town on the way to the mountains. Food was good. Salsa was great. Service was excellent. Iâll be back next time, hopefully soon!
The food is great in this tiny restaurant. The preparations are excellent, and the flavors are fresh and enticing, a step up from most restaurants of this type. The chips are freshly prepared, the salsas are good, and the self-serve salsa bar makes i
Great place to eat hearty food in a relaxed setting. I had their chili. I loved it, it was chunky, spicy, and flavorful. The service was great. It's right on the main road leading in and out of town so easy to spot from the road. Parking can be a bi
Excellent freshly prepared food. Nice music. Friendly dogs that will entertain while the owner prepares your meal. My husband had the chicken tiki Marsala and I had the lamb shank both of which were excellent. The owner provided us with a delicious k
