Lovely room and kitchen. The proprietors were gracious and helpful. Well located within walking distance of downtown Covington. Neighborhood felt very safe. Lots of cute shops downtown and good restaurants! We shall come back again to visit.

I know, I only leave five stars right? Not always, but do like to point out fantastic experiences out there and that is what I experienced at the Blue Willow. Stayed here on a last minute whim with a friend who wanted to try the amazing bike trail. First the small town is incredible, old, and tons of the cliche character but in an amazing way. Maureen was absolutely fantastic and our Queen room could not have been more perfect. Old and quaint, but clean and classic to a fault. Every room has their own bathrooms and private entrance which is a must for me at a bed and breakfast. Breakfast items are provided in the small dining nook connected to the bedroom which overlooks the patio. Sitting there, drinking coffee with an incredible person with the sun shining on you was about as good a morning as you could have. I love meeting new people, but still prefer my privacy. And speaking of privacy Maureen is the perfect host. Around just enough to make sure you have everything and enjoy your stay. Get out there and support these small business owners, they have done an incredible job and we cannot wait to go back.

To say that our stay was perfect would be a great understatement. Maureen and Tom have created a wonderful haven in which to relax and in our case on this particular weekend, to hide from the world. My husband and I are great fans of the B & B experience and I can honestly say that Maureen and Tom don’t overlook any detail. Everything in the Orleans Suite is tasteful, yet comfortable and cosy, not always an easy note to hit. Maureen is a hostess who understands how to be thoughtful without being intrusive. We arrived to a room lit beautifully by a fireplace, and music playing softly in the background. There was food in the refrigerator, fresh baked muffins on the beautifully set table in our breakfast nook and chocolates by the bed. No one in our experience has ever invested so much time in the details. I know we were very lucky to find the Blue Willow, but even better, we were blessed to experience the graciousness and warmth of very unique hosts.

The Blue Willow is a Quaint & cozy cottage with a fantastic screened in porch located in the historic downtown of Covington. The kitchen was a beneficial addition for our stay . This B&B is a comfortable stay & located in an area where you can easily get to the nearby communities you want to see ! Loved our visit and will return . Absolutely a home away from home kind of place .

Maureen and Tom are so welcoming and kind. The best way to describe this place is "charming". The bed is very comfortable. Its nice to have a light breakfast (&coffee) in the comfort and privacy of your own room. This town is adorable with so many unique shops! We will definitely come back!

Wonderful experience! Maureen and Tom were wonderful hosts and the accommodations were excellent. The variety of breakfast items offered something for everyone and the location was very convenient to restaurants, bars, and shopping. All within walking distance. It was always nice to get back to Blue Willow in the afternoon and enjoy the peace and quiet of the well maintained grounds. I stayed at the Blue Willow off and on for two months while working a travel job. As a single female in a new city, I had been looking for somewhere to stay that I felt safe and comfortable. The home is beautiful and tucked away on a quiet street surrounded by other beautiful homes, but within walking distance of several boutiques and eateries.||Mrs. Maureen made sure that I had everything I needed and even went out of her way to stock the fridge with things she had noticed I enjoyed. Knowing that I was alone, she would text me throughout my stay to make sure I made it back or even just a text to tell me to have a good day at work. I will miss staying there and hope to be back soon but this time for rest and relaxation instead of work. I highly recommend staying at Blue Willow!

Very nice B and B in the heart of downtown Covington. It served our purpose quite well since it was a short walk to our venue. Lots of cute restaurants in walking distance. |The grounds are very pretty. The suite that we stayed in had a nice nook with a table and two chairs. They offer coffee, with all the fixing a few pastries and Quiche for breakfast. I guess this is standard since Covid. ||The bed was a queen with very nice sheets and pillows. Though I needed a step stool to get in. You have a full bath. ||I would recommend the Blue Willow
