I had to book a room on the fly and this hotel was the only one I could find for a halfway decent price. Before the additional fees that is. ||I suffer from post concussion syndrome and the check in was extremely confusing. ||I filled out forms for parking which is an additional fee and was given a receipt and pass to hang from the mirror. ||I somehow missed the part where I received the parking pass, but nonetheless they had all of my information since I had just filled it out. ||Day 2 and my car is towed. The manager acts truly concerned and said they couldn’t see my pass anywhere in the car, So it had to be towed. Apparently they couldn’t check the paperwork I had filled out.||He then offers me a ride only to renege and say his wife was using his car. I didn't want a ride or anything else from him at this point anyways, I just wanted my car. ||I believe they have a scam going on with the towing agency. The man who towed it was extremely pleased at his work. I saw him several times in the next two days. ||The room was not great. Slightly musty smell and no hot water whatsoever. There was a noise that sounded like a jet engine taking off outside of the window. It would sound like every ten minutes at certain times. I still have no idea what the hell this was. But on the plus side it was close to the beach. My only saving grace on this trip from hell. ||I do have to mention that Maria at the front desk is a gem. While everyone else seemed condescending to me at this establishment, Maria offered a knowing smile and a feeling of comfort when I arrived back after retrieving my car. She is an Angel and her kindness came at a time I desperately needed something positive. I’m grateful I had the opportunity to thank her as I was checking out.

This hotel is horrific. We walk in and see stains on the bed. Dirt on the floor, and just overall disgusting. The cleaning staff never came. I have taken pictures because this hotel has left me speechless. Could be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 415$ for 3 nights and I feel robbed. I should have stayed in the street because that would have been cleaner. Not to mention, there were roaches. That my sister made me kill. Please don’t stay here.

There's some kind of loud noise that comes and goes ever few minutes. It's sounded like a train was going through my room. The front desk acts like they don't know what the noise is. Smh. Other than that my stay was cool.

Great place on short notice or immendiately temporary accomodations. Inexpensive and decent accomodations. Owner and staff are *consistently available* at all times making for prompt service. Rooms are clean. It's a LOCAL favorite and definitely a rite of passing if you're moving here...

The staffs were so friendly & helpful, I enjoyed my stay with my daughters & grandson & had fun at the pool, we barbecued too.

This hotel is criminal. After booking a fully refundable stay here on hotels.com. I had to cancel a couple months before the stay. Everything seemed good. Then the day after my original stay I saw my bank account was charged (stolen) $70.00 I called them and they rudely said they will not refund my stolen money. So I had hotels.com contact them and this hotel refused to return the money they stole from me. Luckily hotels.com understood my booking was supposed to be fully refundable and took care of me.||||Beware this property owns many hotels around Hollywood beach. Avoid these criminals at all costs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Wave hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was quick and easy anyi was very helpful, and I was given all the information I needed to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. I was impressed by the attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and activities to keep guests entertained, including a fitness center, beach, and swimming pool. The pool area was great and had umbrellas to relax under while soaking up the sun. Overall, my stay at the Blue Wave hotel was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and the facilities and amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for beach within a minute away.

I didn’t have a great experience at the Hotel the bleue wave. The staff was not friendly. We asked the guy at the reception at our checking to bring the kitchen appliances at 16h30, at 17h40 no one went to bring us our kitchen applicances. I called 4 times until 19h. They did not bring it. So I went to the reception another time to complain. The service was mediocre. On the website it was not expensive but expect an extra charge of $37 for room fees and another extra for parking on top of the booking price.
