Blue Water Motel - Motel in Wildwood Crest - 8600 Atlantic Ave, USA

Cette année était notre 3e séjours et nous sommes satisfaits à chaque année. Ce motel est très propre, calme, près de la plage et bien aménagé. La piscine est agréable en après-midi avec de l'ombre. Également, il y a une douche ainsi qu'une toilette disponibles à l'extérieur, ce qui est très pratique après une journée à la plage. Nous pouvons utiliser les BBQ ainsi que les tables à l'extérieures. Les propriétaires font des pieds et des mains afin de rendre notre séjour agréable et sécuritaire. Nous y retournerons assurément.

The bosses are so awful with the employee. They work with Work and Travel youngsters from abroad, so the bosses control these teens and overwork them as much as they can. No ethics at all. The control is so powerful that the bosses contact the second jobs of these teens as well, just to be fired from there and to work as much as possible as this motel. The housekeeping stuff must do as ordered, even move furniture or other non-housekeeping related stuff

Horrible customer service and practices. I called them minutes after making an accidental booking with my dates. Just had the dates put in wrong. Was told the room was booked for the days I wanted and I would not get a refund of the $240 I paid. Was then told, “actually if you pay $300 more you can have that room, but no refund.” So $540 if I want the room, but no refund. It’s very poor business to charge someone for something they didn’t even use when they call you moments after making an accidental booking. My accidental booking was for a month out and had no negative impact on your business. I called you literally as soon as I made the accidental booking and you take $240 from a customer. Now, instead of coming back year after year with my family and telling all my friends about your place, you’ll only get negative word of mouth. For $240! Dumb. Updated: I also use Expedia for my business. Stop blaming Expedia for your shady services. 13 day policy, 28 day policy, 7 day policy. You are making it all up. You are taking money for services you did not provide. I made a brief error as a customer that had no negative impact on your business and you took full advantage. Is Expedia getting most of my money? That’s your choice. And it’s my choice to say your policies and customer service are awful. If Expedia is so horrible to your customers, stop using it for your business.

3 days after I booked a room, I needed to cancel. Apparently their cancellation policy does not refund your money if you cancel within 4 weeks of your stay. I booked within 4 weeks of my stay so how does that even make sense. Seems like fraud to me. So they kept my money and will book the room again and make double. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AROUND.

1 star, leaving it at that. They know the deal, not playing that game with these folks. Live with this review that you buried yourself in. Villanova across the street and coliseum up the road are better in price, atmosphere and quality. Seriously, beware, do not stay here.

Family friendly atmosphere, close to the beach and budget friendly-- it doesn't get much better than that! We will be returning!

It was terrible. The lady at the front desk was very rude and the room was full of bugs. They had this old man watching us and I definitely wont be recommending this place to anyone.

Motel très propre et très bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour répondre à nos questions et nos besoins. J aime l espace verdure où l on peut manger dehors et se servir du BBQ. Proche de la plage, on peut avoir vu sur l ocean au deuxième étage. Ma troisième visite a cet endroit et j y retourne l an prochain s est certain !! De retour en 2024, je laisse encore un 5 étoiles car le service , la propreté et les propriétaires sont géniales
