They “Blue” me off. Applied for a position, hiring manager and recruiter just completely ghosted me after the first call then in-person interview. I even politely followed up with them twice to have no response. Unsurprisingly many of my prior employers (MSP’s) would acquire clients from Blue Technologies because they were the absolute pits. I already have your front desk manager to a T: Suckup to upper management, condescending to people below them and just trying too hard to be a big show.

Well engineered and designed products that provide top notch quality. Worth the investment!! Customer service truly cares about customer satisfaction in their products. Will be a longtime customer.

I started out a little frustrated with the process in fixing our scanner issue. I called on a Monday, the first tech called back and did remote work in my computer on Tuesday. Wednesday another tech called to remote in but upon discovery of the previous tech's call, said they would schedule a tech but could not give a date or time. On Friday morning I called again and I was informed a tech would come but there is one woman who can schedule the techs. Maybe an hour later Wayne showed up with BlueTech. Although it seemed a little rocky at the start of our interaction, Wayne continued to dig to figure out the issue. He ultimately found the problem, resolved it, and upon request even showed me what I could check in the future to identify the issue. I was very grateful that Wayne was sent out and did a wonderful job resolving our issue. I would rate at 2-3 stars, however Wayne made the experience so much better. Thanks Wayne!

I started working for Blue in August and so far it has been a wonderful experience. We have great leadership who creates a really good company culture. They care about growth and development on a business and personal level. It's nice to work for a company who has your back. Blue makes you feel more like family than an employee and I highly recommend working and doing business with this company.

First, I'd like to say I rarely if ever post reviews on here. I just wanted to say how wonderful our experience has been with this company. We have an amazing Technician (Jason). When we ever have problems with our equipment he is out the same day to take care of us. On his last visit he not only took care of our copier he also fixed a problem on my computer. Truly amazing customer service.

I started working here after leaving my first IT Help Desk job. I will say this has been a very good experience for me. Everyone I interact with on a daily basis are both friendly and helpful. Even when I am stuck there is always someone to help me out. Looking forward to what the future!

Drove from Toledo to the Cleveland office for hands on training. I'm blown away by everyone's pleasant demeanor. This company is just amazing!
