Words do not do this place justice. The best sushi I have ever had, hands down! The atomsphere, service, food, drinks and happy hour are all just incredible. Definitely try if ever in the area. Even the water has cucumber in it! The freshness, flavor, craftsmanship and uniqueness are just incredible.

I love this restaurant. Who knew I would have to go Omaha to share this Vegan option Sushi restaurant with my daughter. The best vegan sushi ever. Ther is one in Lexington, but who knew Omaha would have this delicious place. We shared our rolls, the mist soup, and seaweed salad.

Blue Sushi is in my humble opinion, one of the best sushi spots in the world. With multiple stylish floors and speedy, attentive servers on every floor, it's a must-visit in Omaha's old market. Whether it's a fun night out with friends, a romantic date, or a family get-together, the atmosphere is as charming as the sushi is delicious. Come during happy hour if you can, for great deals! We love Blue Sushi and today was no exception. The Hawaiian and Hotel California were our first rolls-- fried rolls are definitely my favorite! We also tried the Tidal Wave and Salmon Skin Roll. We ordered the usual OG Cali roll and a Spider Roll. Tidal Wave was the best of the other four. Paired with their signature Raspberry Mojito and an ice cold glass of cucumber water, the meal was delicious 😋 Staff was knowledgeable and courteous -- we had a great date night ❤️ #ThreeYears #Sushi #dateNight #Love

On a Wednesday night, I had dinner at Blue Sushi and Sake in downtown Omaha. Their menu had quite a variety, but I struggled to find something from their ‘special rolls’ that I truly liked. Even the roll I ended up choosing wasn’t exactly what I had in mind – the ‘SUPER ASPARAGUS’ with cooked salmon, cream cheese, asparagus, and eel sauce was just okay. I also tried the ‘spicy Gringo,’ which I didn’t enjoy at all. My colleague was also not impressed with his rolls. However, I must say I really liked their house salad with sesame oil dressing. On the bright side, the service was excellent and very attentive.

Great food and drink selection. I like how clear they are with the sourcing of their seafood. The atmosphere was great and our server was very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back again in the future.

To preface my review, it was Saturday night, labor shortages are real and I was on edge because hungry. Anyway, I was with a large party and we had two tables. I was alone at the table next to the full one for a bit but the server took the other table's order and completely ignored me. I went to the bar to try to order my food so it would be put in at the same time and we could all eat together still. The server intercepted me then and I said I was trying to order. He walked me back to the table and still didn't take my order but got another server to come do it 5 minutes later. When the one other person in the party came in a few minutes later he never brought her a water and didn't fill up mine. The food was really really good, as always, but I haven't been here in a while and probably won't come back for at least as long. 🤷🏻‍♀️

AMAZING SUSHI RESTAURANT! Three year customer. :) By far my favorite sushi restaurant in Omaha. As a vegetarian, I greatly appreciate the 15 vegan sushi options that are unique with lots of flavor! There is happy hour for a few hours everyday, and all day Sunday! The 15 vegan options are always on the happy hour menu too. :) Highly, highly recommended this place. The price is a little high but definitely worth it for some quality sushi. Also, super interesting upstairs loft. I could ramble about this restaurant all day.
