Outstanding! There was a 2hr wait but we were able to sit at the bar right away with ease. Chairs were very comfortable. The drinks were great! We order the Tidal wave rolls and the Hawaiian Rolls, very delicious!! Overall chill vibe with beautiful decor. Highly recommend 👌
My wife and I were doing some shopping at the Summit and looked for a late lunch / early dinner. This was an excellent spot for us. First, the place is really done well. Unique and great looking style without being over the top. I really don’t like ice in most drinks, and the water here comes cold but no ice and with some cucumber! The dirty gin martini was absolutely correctly made. We had three rolls and they were the right mix of flavor and spice. My only negative is the signature Amazon roll had cilantro and I didn’t notice on the menu, I am one of those folks that hate cilantro. Overall excellent lunch or dinner spot. Highly recommend if in the area!
I met my brother here on a Thursday evening. Thankfully we had reservations as ppl were being turned away. The atmosphere is fine hipster dining, if that's a thing. They have an extensive menu for omnivores to vegans and everything between! We missed happy hour just barely but it deserves mentioning the deals are great for apps and drinks! Overall, we were satisfied with our food. Our favorite was the itchy sea bass. I've eaten sea bass all over and this preparation is one of my favorites. Not the healthiest but delicious! The staff were pleasant too. Our waiter wasn't very attentive but the host and other staff were kind at every turn. I certainly recommend giving them a try! So many choices, you'll have to go more than just once!
Impressive range of both vegan and non-vegan options! The interior design of this place is also immaculate. Tbh the first sushi place that I'm impressed by in the USA.
If you are vegan or vegetarian blue sake is the best place in town imop! So many options and they are all good. They also take reservations which is really nice for weekend date nights. They can be a little slow but still totally worth it.
First experience here. I'm not a heavy Sushi eater but the experience and the two I tried were great. I enjoyed them. The only thing they ran out of the Bourbon which I'm a bourbon drinker. Great place to visit.
Sushi anyone? Come down to Blue Sushi Sake Grill. Sushi is fresh and delightful. Grab a beer at the bar with Justin. Great service and atmosphere. Will be back for some more sushi!
This place is amazing. The selection is wonderful and deliciously prepared. Every dish is very esthetically pleasing. The ambiance is warm and friendly. I kept ordering. It was hard to stop myself. The best appetizer on the planet is the Tuna Tower. If for no other reason, you must go and order the Tuna Tower.
