Blue Skye Brewery and Eats - Brewery in Salina - 116 N Santa Fe Ave, USA

First time going with my family and the food was delicious! We got the Philly Cheese Steak egg rolls and they were amazing! My kids had a half beef and Mac Daddy pizza and it was delicious as well! My husband got the half order of fish and chips and I got the mushroom and Swiss burger. Service was good considering it was packed. Will dine here again! Highly recommend!

This is one of our favorite sports to eat at in Salina. The food is always good. I’ve never had anything from here that wasn’t good. The Totchos are one of my favorites. The beer and drinks are good to. Fire engine red is one of my favorite beers. The service is hit or miss. We’ve sat in the back room a few times and the service back there seems to lack. We seem to get better service in the main room but hardly ever get a seat in there. You can’t go wrong with this place. Great for a date night with the wife or even the whole family.

Pizza is always a good choice. Fish was OK. Enjoyed the house ipa.

Great place to eat especially their wood fired pizza!! Lots of craft and bottled/canned beer to choose from. Beer is brewed on site. This is a unique family business. My group got a personal tour from the owner.

We stopped in on a busy Saturday night and was pleased with everything! The service was great, we were well attended to. The food was delicious, had some pizza, burger, pulled pork, and pretzels. Good atmosphere, side room if you want a bit more quiet. We would definitely stop in again when in Salina!

Restaurant was clean, nicely decorated and had a nice atmosphere. There was some seating by the door that was a little cramped to get through since it was busy. Blue Skye has a nice selection of beers available and a good sized menu. The Totchos were good, I would recommend the chef switch to fresh jalapeño slices instead of the ones from a jar. I would also recommend the customer add a meat option. The Jo’s pizza was delicious and a perfect size for sharing. Would recommend to others and eat here again.

Showed up on a Sunday, knowing they were only open from 10-2. But that was good enough. What we didn't know is that they only served brunch on Sundays (we were looking forward to their pizza). Turns out that they have breakfast pizzas that were phenomenal! And at least they were still serving their delicious beer. We did a flight and all of them were good. Finally, the service was fantastic! What's not to like? Update, 2022: Have been back twice since the initial review and it has been first-class every time!

Awesome place. Super great staff. Food came fast and fresh. You can even watch it being made if you'd like. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Changing table for kids. Of course the game was playing.
