Jeremy is a top notch employee for your company. He not only replaced my wireless access point, he also suggested a solution to my fiber internet speed. After taking the time to answer my millions of questions, and demonstrate the difference in products, he installed The Nest Wifi Pro. Now there is no lagging on my Nest security cameras outside. I was about to pay more through my internet provider by upgrading to a higher package which wouldn't have solved my issue. If I wasn't already over the moon with him, he left us his number to schedule an appointment to install our Nest Lock when we are ready! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Good customer service is hard to find these days and he deserves to be recognized!

Max and John were terrific and knowledgeable service providers. Not only did they answer our questions they also made suggestions and gave us instruction on our new equipment. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and we feel like if we ever had to have them back we would not hesitate.

Martin was very professional and explained everything to me. As he explained, he would demonstrate so I would understand. If I had a question he had the knowledge to answer. It was raining outside and he was considerate about tracking my floors.

Jeremy came this morning to finish hooking up the sound system and it works great!!! He was also able to help with our shop TV to get to our Netflix. Then he helped with the bedroom TV so I could use the remote to do the changing. 100 % satisfied!!!!!!!

Our experience with Hughesnet has been a nightmare, the guy that did the installation cut all of the old cable cords and left them hanging on the house, really trashy looking, and then left before the router box was fully set up since day one or Internet is down more than it works The first month they will not charge you to come fix your stuff at the house so we called several times within that month and they dragged out now they’re offering on the second month that they will send us a new router box or we can pay $100 to have someone come install it They overcharged us once which is a common problem if you gonna offer free housecall repairs for the first month when someone calls three or four times a week, you should probably send someone out that first month and not wait and try to charge them
