This was a "hidden" gem. Located on the third floor away from the casino. It was worth the walk. From the moment we arrived, we were catered to by the staff. The service was impeccable and the food cooked to perfection. The creamy tomato soup was my favorite. The Straight up Brooklyn (take on Manhattan) was perfectly balanced. We lived the understated ambiance and the music playing in the background (not too loud, not too soft)

We were looking for a place to sit down and have a couple drinks before seeing a show in the Chelsea Theatre. We decided to stop in at Blue Ribbon since it's close to the theatre, and there were seats at the bar. Started off with a couple of drinks, a Mai Tai and Let Me Clarify. I was actually impressed with both drinks, and after looking at the menu, some of the appetizers sounded really good. We decided on the Pork Belly, and the Teryaki Meatballs. The plating of the food was really impressive, but more importantly the food was delicious. We ordered a couple more drinks and this time went with the Southern Gentleman. Dave the bartender made great conversation and was awesome. We are looking forward to going back and trying a full dinner. Also this will probably be our new spot to have drinks before concerts and shows at the Cosmopolitan.

As a former New Yorker, Blue Ribbon was my go to spot (and for a lot of chefs) late at night in Soho. This Blue Ribbon is nestled within the heart of The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and is an ode to culinary craftsmanship, and its fried chicken is nothing short of iconic. Walking into Blue Ribbon, you are greeted by an ambiance that strikes the perfect balance between upscale sophistication and a warm, welcoming vibe. The dark wood, muted lighting, and plush seating set the scene for a dining experience that promises both comfort and luxury. However, while the menu boasts an array of dishes that are hard to resist, the star of the show is undoubtedly the fried chicken. Had an excellent dinner here. Started with the shrimp cocktail and escargot. Then split the rib eye and sides. We will DREAM of the escargot, had such a lovely bread crumb crust on top. And the steak was well cooked. Our waiter was also so friendly and attentive. They also serve a killer espresso martini.

Reservations tonight and really nice spot. Great service, great food, fresh and super tasty. Excellent spot for a lovely dinner. And you can get veuve cliquot by the glass.

1 word: AMAZING!! One of the least talked about, but has ALL the clout! Amazing service (David is a JOY!), great Happy Hour, even better Fixed 4 course menu...this place has something for everyone, even the kids! My new fav in the Cosmo 🤤🤤

Our lovely waiter David was amazing and so sweet! I would come back to Blue ribbon for David and that lovely amazing chicken! It was my husbands birthday and i made a small note when i made the reservation and they paid attention and i didn’t have to say a word when i walked in, they brought him a birthday dessert right after our meal! They are on top of it! Thank you David and Blue Ribbon!

Wow! Sat at the bar for fantastic service at the bar and dinner. Tried out the 16 oz rib eye with side of mushrooms and was not disappointed. The mushroom order is huge so expect to share. Also had an old fashioned. Everything was excellent but the cocktail could be less sweet.
