Our tanner was closed, so decided to try it here. Just did basic beds. My husband's bed had bulbs out. And didnt feel like it did much so wondering when the last time they changed their bulbs were?!

EDIT: since new ownership (no longer UTan) I have absolutely zero complaints. The new beds are phenomenal. Staff is great per usual. 10/10 recommend ———— Great place overall, but if you’re on a schedule or driving out only for the purpose of tanning, you might want to call to check if they’re open first… Especially if you’re someone like myself who only visits a couple times a month at most. Their hours seem to change quite often, specifically on the weekends, and their hours posted on the building don’t always match up with what’s posted online — whether it’s Google, their website, or their social media. There have now been 4 occasions over the last year where they’ve been closed when I got there, but it said they were open online, or I was going off of a photo I took of their hours posted on the building in the previous weeks. Otherwise, the staff is always super nice and the place is pretty clean.

Used to go tanning here all the time and loved it. So when I had a vacation to get ready for, I figured I’d get a package here. Boy have they gone DOWN HILL. Payed $70 for a 30 day package of “level 3” beds…there’s literally TWO beds to chose from; a stand up or a lay down. The stand up is always in use when I go in and when I asked about using a different bed because the lay down I used previously was GROSS (dust everywhere including dust bunnies where the bulbs are…duct tape holding things together, not in good shape at all) I was told that all the other beds are “down right now”. No sorry, try to make anything right, offer of a different bed…nothing. So I guess I’m stuck using that one gross bed for the rest of the month, and then I will never be back.

Received an email with a first time user to get a week of tanning for $9.99 and there were NO conditions listed on the offer so of course I chose the level 5 beds for a week. After my session the receptionist said she had contacted the manager and the deal was for level 1 beds only & she had to charge me the full price, no discount of any kind offered! I will not be returning to this business even though they're less expensive than other salons near me.

I was in your establishment on Saturday January 21st around 1:35 pm. Makayla was the receptionist. I asked for a single visit in a regular bed. The place was empty but she stated that they had no level 1 or 2 beds available. All they had available was a level 4 bed which was equal to the 15 Mins I asked to go in for. Okay so the I said yes. She charged me $18.70 for a single visit in a level 4 bed. I thought the price was high but I was willing to give it a try. She pointed me in the direction of bed #17. I got ready to tan amd went to get in the bed when I realized the edge of the bed was broken. Literally broken glass covered with clear tape. It was sketchy even only weighing 103 pounds myself. I got in the bed and I noticed in that same spot that the tape was coming off the bed. The bed shut off with 3 mins and 52 seconds remaining. I got out amd went up to the desk. She told me have a nice day amd I responded that I would like the managers name and number. She asked why and I started telling her. All she could say was I'm so sorry for your experience as she gave me the name and number I asked for. She also said maybe there was a technical issue with the timing. She never offered to make it right in any way. There were also 2 bulbs out in that bed as well. The whole experience was terrible. First thing Monday I called and left a message for the owner Amy stating that I would like to talk to her about a bad experience I had there. Today makes one week since the day I was there and 5 full days that the owner has yet to return my call. I have pictures and will also be going to the better business bearu and wherever I have to call about the health and safety of this business. Very unprofessional to not return a phone call to a customer. All I really wanted was a refund but it's unfortunate i had to take these next steps.

Great prices and super friendly staff

Been a customer here for many years—great staff, always in and out fast, many level beds (and stand ups) and they always have newer bulbs. The level five beds are awesome. I like to do a level 5 every week, with a lower level mixed in once in a while. Works perfect. The packages they offer make everything pretty affordable too. Love this place

Weekend hours are ridiculous! Unlimited tan package but Friday, Saturday and Sunday collectively has about 8 hours of business. Stupid.
