VERY clean and well maintained! Love the little refrigerator. The double queen room was a nice size.|This spot fit in great with our road trip itinerary. We arrived very late. The area was well lit and very quiet, I wish there were more of you along our route…we would book you for every night! Happy Trails!

I'm very happy with the service and condition of the Blue Pine motel! The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and towels were also very soft and clean. I also recommend booking ahead using their website. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town!

We generally stay at the chains to help ensure clean accommodations. The chain prices around Bryce were too high ($300-400 per night midweek October) for a one night stopover. We thought we’d give this little place a try (~100/night). Very glad we did. The room was spotless and well cared for. The bed was comfortable and the shower was strong. There is a movie theater/ice cream parlor and a very good breakfast place across the street. ||Thank you to Blue Pine for taking care of your customers and business so well.

Positive: The woman at the front desk was very nice! Rooms were a little old. Smoke detector and phone looked looked very old. Room was cery clean. They came and cleaned daily, wuhich is rare now days. It was right next to 2 restaurants. 30 minutes from Bryce! Negative: Not really, could use a little updating but is very well maintained.

Family owned since 1903. The current family proprietors are BEYOND kind and helpful. We were experiencing a near emergency and they offered personal help. Luckily the emergency was resolved. The motel and our room is an older traditional style, but very wellmaintained and very clean. The room was a double queen and roomy enough for us and our travel gear!|Our room was toward the back away from the street and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Many choices are available in this town but this one would certainly be a top pick!!

Certes pas de piscine mais du calme, de l'ombre et comme m'avait dit mon pote qui y avait été quelques années avant....tu es dans l'ouest américain profond! Pas beaucoup de touristes à part ceux qui s'intéressent à la vraie vie de l'ouest nature. Et ne loupez pas le Smokehiuse café pour manger. Attention, réservez dès que possible en arrivant à Panguitch. Les places sont chères !! Sur la photo le motel est sur la droite.

The owners of this property/motel were genuinely giving their time and care to help me. I'm a senior citizen and was traveling alone. I carry a cane to walk with and sometimes find it difficult to do steps. I stayed at this motel coming and going on my business trip. The first night I arrived late and the owner brought a meal to me from her own kitchen after carrying my overnight bags into my room. The second stay the owner carried my bags again into and out of the room double checking to make sure I didn't leave anything there. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

We love the Blue Pine Motel in Panguitch UT. We stay here sometimes 3 times a year and stay anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks at a time. The price of the rooms are very reasonable, lower than most of the others in town. The owners Cheryl & Richard are very friendly, helpful and hard working as well as Gene, their worker. They all work hard to keep the rooms clean , neat & stocked up. We use The Blue Pine as our home base and drive to Red Rock, Bryce Cyn, Escalante,Zion or just take that beautiful drive out Historic Hwy 12.
