Our family stayed at the Loon’s Nest for six nights. Fantastic accommodations to enable our family gathering. New, clean, supplied nicely, everything works and recreational bikes, toys, fire pit for family fun. Great location for lake activities. This was our second stay; and, we plan to return. The best!!
This place was perfect for our summer vacation. The space is huge, clean, and close to all kinds of fun. Would recommend to anyone with a large group and we’ll definitely be back.

Girls weekend for 10!
The Blue Ox at Causeway on Gull was perfect for us. Great floor plan for 10 girls...lots of bed options, 5 bathrooms!, walking distance to Zorbaz & more. Place was very clean and well stocked (kitchen,
towels, toilet paper, etc). Peter was great to work with before and during our stay- very quick to respond! We booked again for next year!
The place is beautiful. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the resort pools, tennis courts and recreation rooms. The house was large enough to accommodate our large group. Would definitely recommend!
We had a fabulous vacation at the Loon’s Nest last week! The home was clean and seemed new. The owner responded quickly to our questions during the stay. Our family of 16 was comfortable and we highly recommend this rental!
Only thing that would have made this a better trip would have been if we did this in the summer! Everyone was comfortable during the stay, plenty of room to gather together or alone time. Place looks spectacular, beds so comfortable as well as the whole house. If I had a complaint it was the 500 piece puzzle was missing a piece or 2, lol that’s how awesome this place was. I would 100% recommend this to others.
Our second visit to Gull Lake was just as amazing as the first. Peter, our host, was attentive and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommended! Can't wait for our third visit.

As soon as we walked in the door, we were blessed with the smells of amazing delicious coffee!
The coffee did not disappoint. So freaking good. The Mayan Mocha and the Turtle Mocha were fabulous.
We have cabin 9 with a group of eight, family and friends, each couple has our own bedroom, and share two bathrooms. Beautiful open spaces in kitchen and living room area.
Great state forest with lots of activities. Decent hiking/biking and horse trails. Has a nice campground for a state forest with a swim beach. Many day use areas with many lakes to enjoys. Looks like fishing is good for how busy the lakes were.
