Been dining here for about 20 yrs. Never a bad meal and this time was no exception. Food is delicious and the vibe is true laid back Key West. Get super busy during weekend & prime dining times. Well worth a stop. They key lime pie with the mile high merengue is pretty perfect. Staff had always been friendly & professional. A true 10 out of 10.
A must go on a trip to key west! The food is delicious, highly recommend any of the options with lobster. The key lime pie is delicious. They also have great live music. It’s a nice chill vibe on the back patio. Highly recommend and will definitely go back next time we are in key west!
Came for the reviews and stayed for the food 👍 It was a rainy day and put our name on the list to get a seat inside. We ended up heading to the bar and grabbed seats and couldn’t have been happier! The rainy setting made for a fun dinning experience and the service was so friendly. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and enjoying the food and music.
I find it really hard to believe the good ratings for this restaurant. It is over priced and nothing exceptional. Service is completely outside. Staff is not rude but not friendly either. I am sure it will continue to thrive even though I am not giving it a glowing review. They won't receive any more of my money though. The one item cheese omelet was $16. The eggs Benedict was the same.
Fabulous spot with wonderful food. Lukas was my server and he was excellent. Don’t hover but there every time I needed something. First coat here and had an omelet with banana bread, Hemingway Daiquiri and Key Lime Pie! All are very well worth it. Cheers to Lukas and Blue Heaven!!
Probably honestly close to the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The BLT Lobster Benedict was truly amazing. The special shrimp omelet was also incredible. Then…yes then….there is the foot tall key lime pie. No joke! Looks daunting and undoable but let me assure you….it can be done! “Leave no food behind!” 😆 Absolutely loved everything about this place!
One of favorite dinner spots in the entire world. We love the sand floor for the dining room, the excellent service and amazing food and drink. This trip we enjoyed two of the speciality cocktails, Caribbean BBQ shrimp, and of course their amazing (can not NOT order) Key Lime Pie. Hope to be back again next year.
We enjoyed every minute we spend at Blue Heaven! Lucy took wonderful care of us and our food was outstanding! I recommend the banana pancakes, fresh OJ and banana bread! Finish off your meal with some of their great key lime pie, no matter the time of day. We will be back as soon as we can!

The food was immaculate that I went twice. My husband and I were looking for great food and we were able to find Mattâs Stock Island. When I come back to Key West definitely will be returning to this restaurant. Incredible service from Zach and Amy
I loved both of the dishes I tried. I had the crab cakes, and I think it was called the Caribbean Seafood salad. Both were great! No weird fishy after taste, so it must have been very fresh. The guacamole with the crab cakes was also tasty.
