Blue Ginger - Japanese restaurant in Denton - 2900 Wind River Ln, USA

Walking in the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The service was good and the food was good. We ordered the Crab Rangoon which came with a sweet Dipping Sauce. They were Crispy with a Creamy Filling of Cream Cheese and Crab! Very Delicious! We ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box which was on a bed of Shredded Cabbage and a Tempura Shrimp Bento box which had 3 Shrimp, 1 Sweet Potato, 1 Zucchini, 1 Onion Ring Bento Box included 6 pieces of California Roll, White Rice, Egg Roll which was Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and Choice of Soup or Salad. All the food was really good and presented really nicely. The menu is rather large and offers a lot of choices. Nice Family Friendly Restaurant!

Stopped by for lunch, and I was really impressed with the quality of sushi, I tried 4 rolls, and they were all delicious. They have rolls to accommodate any price range as well. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

This small restaurant has lots of flavors with great staff. Everyone that went was happy with their food from the fried rice to the hibachi and especially the sushi. Our waiter was friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. They do not have hibachis that cook in front of you but overall it has a relaxed and quite atmosphere. We brought a local who was a fan of another local Japanese steak house and has been converted to the Blue Ginger! I would fully recommend try this restaurant out if you are in the mood for sushi or hibachi!

They were pretty busy the day we went, but we still had excellent service. The hostess and server were attentive. The food was incredible. The sushi was spot on!

Me and my family come here often and are never disappointed. The staff is quick to get what you need and answer any questions with kindness. Each roll we received was flavorful, fresh, and delicious and the sauce complimented each one beautifully. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone wanting to try some fresh sushi.

Fast service, extensive menu of amazing food. Good size portions. So delicious! We will have to visit quite a few times to experience the breadth of the menu.

This was our first time at Blue Ginger, our food was great, I tried the Volcano roll with Scallops for the first time. It was awesome they were generous with the Scallops. Will definitely be back to have it again. Service was great and friendly! Definitely check out Blue Ginger if you have a chance can't go wrong!

One of the good place for Japanese food, not so happy with the bento box as it could have some other varieties too, but it’s a decent one!
