This is a small place that only takes cash but there is great service here and quality food. I ordered an appetizer for the table of brisket tortas, which were tender and flavorful then I got the blue tacos. They are pork, pineapple, onion, green pepper and cilantro. Maybe a little too much pepper and cilantro for some but I liked it and their salsa had some heat and was flavorful. I also got the beans and rice which were very good.
Just scrumptious and wonderful. Love celebrating here whenever I can. Always grab a classic margarita (or 3) and love their guacamole, soprecitos, and basically everything.
Not a bad experience. We ordered chicken flautas, carnitas and cabeza tacos. I didn’t think the tacos were outstanding, they were a bit on the drier side. The carnitas and the cabeza meat itself were good. If you add guac and some salsa on them, they taste a lot better. So it’s a matter of what you add on the tacos. All in all, a pretty decent experience. Great staff, btw!
I don't think there are enough good things I can say about Blue Corn! The drinks were great and the food was simply amazing. We started with the Ofrenda de los Dioses as an appetizer since it was something we hadn't seen before on other menus and it did not disappoint! We also got three different types of tacos to share (tripe, cabeza (beef cheek), and a special for the day of soft shell crab. I can honestly say I've never really cared much for tripe (usually because of the texture), but those tripe tacos are truly something special and are the best tacos I've ever had anywhere! The tripe tacos melt in your mouth and are seasoned to perfection. I can't wait to return and try more!
I had been hearing about this place and I think I need to go back and try more food. We got a bunch of tacos and margaritas but I was looking around and saw other meat and fish dishes that looked really good. Overall my carnitas tacos seemed full of fat instead of meat… I tried the blue tacos but I can’t judge as I don’t think they’re for me. The drinks tasted good.
I’m not sure how to feel as others said this place has good service but I found the waitstaff to be a little overbearing lol. It kinda seemed like they were in a rush to get us out even though the restaurant was like 1/4 full. I would like to go back and try other stuff on the menu.
The worst part about this place is that I can't go every day. I've never had better tripa and every cocktail is perfect. Literally wishing I were there right now.
Prices were so ridiculously expensive on New Year’s Eve, food wasn’t that good. Couldn’t believe that three lamb tacos that tasted so horribly costed $54. Lobster Ceviche barely had any lobster in it and costed $20. The guacamole tasted bland, like how hard is it to make a guacamole at a Mexican restaurant? They obligate you to pay 20% as tip and they include it in the total charge. Also we waited a whole hour for our order to be served. I don’t recommend this place and never returning back.
Visiting Philly and was told to try this in the Italian district. Food came extremely fast, tacos are def the move (burrito was good but could’ve involved more spices/seasoning), good fries, great atmosphere, and would go back! Either bring cash or card for their ATM if dine in

I knew this spot had some tasty tacos, but the gigantic pollo cemita that I enjoyed a couple days ago blew my mind! The sandwich was stacked high on a toasted roll and included a generous portion of tender pollo milanese, a mass of snappy Oaxaca che

I love the variation of flavors the taco menu was! We ordered the Korean BBQ, Grilled Salmon, Beef, and Chorizo tacos and each was flavorful. The Viet coffee was also a cool drink during the hot summer day. I'd come back to try again one day when I h
Tacos are just one per order so make sure you order a few. Short rib is the best in my opinion. They also have margaritas. Take note of the specials depending on the day, could be half off margaritas or $2 chicken tacos or something else...
This quite possibly could be the best Mexican food Iâve ever had in the city, needed some food late night during the day week and stumbled upon this because it was one of the only spots open and did I get lucky⦠got steak tacos and a side of chip

Nice little restaurant/bar near downtown Philly. Amazing Mexican dishes at a surprisingly reasonable price if you come during happy hours (Tuesday afternoon if Iâm not mistaken). Their churros with caramel dipping were totally awesome. Also great a
Had a great weekday happy hour dinner here. Portions were on the smaller side, but the prices were great, so easily compensated with ordering one extra order. Small dish of the day was a chorizo quasadilla which was fantastic. I've had better tacos,
A unique hotel with history and a very nice decor to enhance any stay while traveling. We stayed there for a couple days during the New Year's Holiday and had a wonderful experience. Great location in the middle of the city, safe and close to everyth
Coffee here was amazing! The iced latte was great! The black coffee was something else! So fruity and aromatic - truly a great experience! Very much recommended getting their beans too!
A must stop if you are in Philly!!! Kevin's creations are incredibly delicious. Put down the cheese steak and go grab some tasty vegan, gf and dairy free options. Dessert=a meal. Back-to-back visits made us super fans!!! Pls open up a place in J-
Joined on a student membership for the summer and really enjoyed my experience. All the trainers were highly knowledgeable (and incredibly athletic) and made sure everyone felt welcome in the gym. When I was dealing with a shoulder injury, they were
