Avoid it if possible. Place was dirty, the room we were in was less than desirable. Had a film of something on the floor, the chair was better off in the landfill, the bed had several broken springs, and no AC. It was right off the main road, so constant road noise. The door to our room had been kicked in several times prior to our stay and was literally just scabbed together. On a good note, the guy in the office was very nice and let us have one of our pups stay at no charge.

For the price point this is a really quite nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view is really great. Watched the sunset from the chair outside my door. Well located for all you would want to do in town. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Hotels.com gave 7.6 Good Rating. Do not believe the analytics behind this review! The floors were filthy our white socks turned black! The beds wouldn’t stop moving because the locks on the wheels were broken. The window lock was broken and there was mold growing on the light fixture. The front door looked like it was busted down at least once and the repairs were obvious pictures attached. This motel was not worth the almost $200 Canadian paid!!! Save your money and stay somewhere else!!!

Sad sad situation. Be careful here. There staff are thieves. I left my very unique backpack in the room. Thirty minutes later we were back to get it. The room was open for cleaning, and we were informed all they found were my belongings in a heap, which they gathered up and put in a trash bag. Gone was my backpack AND my bottle of tequila! They said they reviewed security tapes and saw nothing. So… where’s the backpack and darn tequila? This is too bad because the place isn’t bad, but not worth being stolen from.

I had a comfortable experience staying here. I called around to different hotels in the area, and when I called Blue Coast, Shawna answered. She was the most helpful and friendly person I spoke to, and her rates seemed the most fair. Then I get to the room, and there are all of these nice touches, like a Keurig machine with an assortment of coffees, a shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower, fast wifi, makeup removers, plenty of fresh towels, clean white bedding, and a guest services book. The service was attentive, quick, and courteous. It is also located on a main road, easy to find, with a nice ocean view. I highly recommend.

Was priced very nice and we were from several states away (IN) and my friend messaged staff to see if we could check in early to get ready for a wedding we were going to at 11am. The staff member in the messages said to come on in. We did sleep in our car from 1am to 8:20am that morning. The office door was open so we went in and rang the bell on the counter and the man who came out to the counter was passive aggressive and wouldn’t give us eye contact and said “she shouldn’t have told you that.” There was more to it but more or less that was the outcome inside. We’d left the office confused at why he had a temper and all my friend said outside to me was “all he had to say was sorry for the inconvenience.” We got in the car and he came out of the office half yelling “I have the right to cancel any service.” With his temper we didn’t feel safe staying there or even leaving our things in the room so we found another hotel luckily just down the road. We’d seen reviews later where some rooms were reported dirty or had bugs, or things were stolen. Bullet dodged.. A man of God shouldn’t act that way. We found out later he attends the church we had the pleasure of getting ready in for our friend’s wedding.

Great place to stay if you're traveling and want some peace and quiet. The showers are absolutely amazing and I mean incredible. The staff is great and the rooms are spacious. Pet friendly with a view of the coast.

The staff was as rude as they come! My ex-wife got a tiny little pen mark on a sheet and you would have thought the world was coming to an end. they said we destroyed the room and would not let us stay another night. Was cussing at us and all we even offered to pay for the sheet. It was ridiculous.
