Blue Boy Motel - Motel in Bradenton - 1839 Tamiami Trl, USA

So I was living here for a while and from 12am till 6am they kept the water heater on a timer to where I get no hot water and the maintenance is horrible too considering i had to ask the maintenance guy to fix my refrigerator numerous times and of course they never did. the rate for a night was pretty bad too considering how much a dump this place is oh and u gotta check out the pics Im posting cause i didnt find out till the day i was leaving i tore the bed apart and there was huge piss yellow stains imbedded thought the bottom sheet and the matrice and I was living in this room for a few months I wouldn't recommend anyone to check into this hotel

This place has so many cockroaches, I thought they might carry my wife and I out of the room. Seriously DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! Never seen more bugs anywhere in my entire life.

The room looked nice at first for a no frills room I was pleased in, but it wasn't long after it got dark outside that the critters started coming out.thwre were roaches all over the room. I had to go out to on front desk at 1:30 am through a heads area and fence in very back of property (no phones in rooms) to get them to come disconnect the fire alarm that kept going off. When that was taken care of I was about to lay back down an there was a lizard on my pillow. I am terribly scared of them so needless to say sleep wasn't happening. I had no vehicle there or I wouldn't have stayed at all. I won't go back again for sure.

Some of the beds are broken from one side they allow pets the place is kinda hard to get in but over all its a good place

We went to Thunder by the Bay and needed a room. We checked in no problem. The problem was when we went to our room. We turned on the lights and there was roaches everywhere. Not 1 or 2 but many climbing on the beds, walls, all over the bathroom floor, toilet. Just all over. The sheets were also all stained and the room was covered in burn stains. Went to front desk and was able to get a refund no problem.

We went there to go try to rent a room they weren't that friendly it could have been a more friendly environment but we found something different which is the days Inn right off exit 220 they are amazing

I didn't actually stay the entire time but long enough to know that it may have some sketchy guests but they were quite and low key from my experience. The area is made up of tourism and local people who have an easy way with one another. The property was older but it was very well maintained and the facilities were very well updated and quite neat and clean.

The room is nice the people are nice it had a great pool but there's bedbugs I got woke up by them biting me here's the thing I never use there sheets or pillows I bring my own and I always spray the bed down with alcohol because the bedbugs can't stand the smell. Well I did all that as I always do and here I am at 620am writing about bedbugs that were bitting me and I cought one on the other bed where my girls are sleeping that was right by my daughter's face so in all everything is good here -2 bed bugs
