We decided to try Blue Bear on a whim and we can't wait to come again! It's such a fun experience eating here.
The staff are so kind and friendly and it was a pleasure dining here. Even though we had reserved and arrived about 45 minutes before the restaurant closing we didn't feel rushed at all.
Blue Bear has a wonderful selection of drinks, hot and cold, and also some really cool mocktails! Meals are well portioned and high quality ingredients. Everyone loved their meals.
Delicious food, we didn't have a single bad dish. I had the sweet potato hash, and it was perfectly seasoned. The marbled rye toast was fantastic. I also loved the Blue 'Beary' Pancakes! We were a group of 8, but we called ahead and they were able to push two tables together for us. They have several vegan dishes on the menu, and several gluten free items listed.
I spent a few days in Racine caring for my mom. This place is wonderful. The food was incredible and I think they have the best Rosemary breakfast potatoes that I've ever tasted. The staff was polite. The place was very clean. Also the Mexican mocha latte was delicious. Highly recommend.
Great selection of brunch items! The meats lovers skillet was excellent although there are plenty 9f veggie options as well. It is a bit pricey-over $50 on a breakfast for two- but definitely worth a try.
We first discovered blue bear in Door County on vacation. My husband had the carrot cake pancakes there and they were amazing. So we drove to Racine from Chicago (1 hour) to try the Racine location. Same great service and food. We both got carrot cake pancakes. They’re moist and lovely. Cream cheese frosting is delicious and not overly sweet. We split the chicken sausages. Delicious - very well seasoned, maybe fresh sage? Wish it were closer!!
Updated Review - 8/6/23: We made reservations... It was a good thing we did. The restaurant was packed! The service was incredible... Friendly, fast, and helpful. The food was delicious! NOTE: If you eat outside in one of the enclosed areas or under an umbrella, you are automatically charged a 20% gratuity. No one us that. So, I added a 20% tip on top of that. Meaning I gave our waitress a 40% tip. WOW! She was really good, but you would think they would tell you about the automatic gratuity when you are seated.

Original Review: Super delicious and incredible service. We went to Blue Bear on a Sunday morning. We made reservations. I would HIGHLY recommend doing that. There is seating inside and out. The food selection are healthy and delicious. The service is second to none. Friendly, attentive, helpful and fast! I would highly recommend eating at Blue Bear. By the way…. they just opened a restaurant in Door County!
What an awesome place! Delicious food! Everything tasted so good! Loved the Bloody Mary with Blueberry beer chaser, the Blue Bear Benedict and Carrot Cake Pancakes! The best part was our server, Allie! She's the bomb! I highly recommend brunch at Blue Bear! We'll be back for sure!
Dope. Had the sweet potato meal and Mexican Mocha and it was delicious! It was sweet potatoes with Cajun seasoning, arugula, scrambled eggs, and white bread. 20/10. The waitress was extremely nice and friendly, the food came out surprisingly quick, and the restaurant itself was clean and pleasant. I would come again.
We went to Sebastianâs for a birthday dinner and loved every detail.

I recently decorated and attended an event at this establishment and I would give it 100 stars âââââ if I could. It was extremely clean and you could just feel the positive energy when you walked through the doors. I felt right at home inst
Ordered two dozen gluten free cupcakes for my daughterâs first birthday! My husband has celiac disease so I was pleasantly surprised when I found a local bakery that does gluten free. They also happily answered my questions about what their protoco
