I absolutely love this place. I feel so welcome there all the time. The manager Jasselyn has always been very helpful. She is amazing at what she does and has so much patience with everyone. I know it's not easy having to deal with us difficult people, however, she is always willing to assist and she does it with a smile on her face.
I moved in 4 years ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Jennifer is always so courteous and friendly. This makes my experience living her very positive.
Our reason for moving was because my wife would call the office to have things fixed and nobody would ever come. When we first walked through the apartment we asked them to fix the refrigerator (it had a broken bottom piece, a drawer that didn’t go/fit with the fridge and there was mold and rotten food all over/in it, possibly left from the tenant before) fix the range (the bottom drawer was off the tracks so it wouldn’t budge and the oven had random stuff in it, possibly left from the tenant before too and when it heated up the electric bars would slam against the roof of the oven) fix the bedroom window (the glass was broken) and at the very least paint the front door (It was the only one in the complex with severely damaged paint). By the time we couldn’t wait any longer to move in none of it was done. My wife (who was home alone for 3-5 weeks at a time) continued to call and to have someone come fix it but nobody showed even though the office manager said they would send someone. Then the a/c wouldn’t work in the apartment (It would only go down to 75 in summer and only heat up to 75 in the winter) Then the stove top wouldn’t work if certain eyes were on and it wouldn’t heat to the temp we set it to. The closet in the hallway would fling out instead of roll like it should. The carpet seam wasn’t done good so when she vacuumed the carpet would come up. There was constantly roaches coming from the neighbors, and they would never send the pest control when we begged “even though was pay for it in our rent” we would see the pest control guy come but only do one apartment even though entire building was connected and needed to be done. We could see the roaches come through the cracks in the walls when the exterminator sprayed in the apartment to the side of us. Our water would go out fairly often and a couple times we had to go 2 days without water but the next building over sometimes had water while we didn’t, so we had to walk with buckets to get water from the faucet outside. We had a patio space but we weren’t allowed to have anything in it. We were told we could only grill in the grilling area but we could never find it and others would just grill in their patio space.
Im sorry to say this place is packed of roaches i called the manager jennifer in person and by email infestation and they wouldn't do anything she told me to buy my own chemicals to kill them so you will just be paying pest control for nothing.! I've lost everything couches beds tables dressers tvs.! Everything.! And do to poor management ny son gell outside busted his chin open cause there is no rails on steps.! To be honest it was a better community when jasselyn was there she took good care of everything.! There was even a park that of course this new manager can't even get it fixed.! To be honest its not a good living place especially with children do to roach infestation.!
I spoke with Jasselyn and she was very professional and friendly to me. She answered all of my questions. I am strongly thinking about moving here, partly because of her great customer service.
I love this place. The manager Jasselyn has treated me with much respect and gave us all the information we needed. She’s a wonderful person.
The people below me are right. Please don't move here. I've lived here for 3 yrs and moving soon. Cockroaches are a thing here, mold is a HUGE problem. We called the office 3 times, they send some dude who paints over it. There's not much they can do tbh. Most ghettoish place I've ever lived in. If you like tight spaces and poor management, go on ahead
DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT ROACHES ARE LIKE JOES APARTMENT they tell you pest control but thats impossible unless pest control are feeding them the apartments are dirty i walked into the wash room an it was a hole in the floor leading to underneath the apartment also it was something dead underneath the smell was horrible in there ive called health department Lilburn code enforcement just trust me dont do it
