Blink Fitness Watts - Gym in Los Angeles - 2450 E Century Blvd, USA

The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. When I cancelled my membership I asked the staff how much it would cost to cancel my membership and the only response was, “it depends” if you work there you must know the prices. Anyways don’t spend your money here go somewhere else.

No parking for members because of the low income housing across the street that parks here. 2 machines have been broken for months, one of them for over 4 months. Overcrowded at night and people steal the clips for machines, so that’s always a problem. Music is Loud and not good. The machines that used to have Wi-Fi when this place first opened don’t anymore. Machines always broken.

This gym does not protect women. They never followed up with my complaint which led to me cancelling my membership after years of being a member, since the first week they opened. It is extremely sad for me to see how much the culture has changed and having to leave when I honestly did not want to.

Unprofessional staff!! For a few more dollars go to a better quality gym!!! Not worth the money or the headaches! Waiting for my contract to expire!!

Great service I just got a blue Membership. I had good help from a worker named Angel he was so nice he helped me get a free start up session with a personal trainer. The gym was so clean Machines were cleaned and all working. Parking was great not full at all

This place is amazing, my only issue is front desk staff need more training, pretty much or most of the time they are socializing with friends , never had time to answer or talk to members, they're biggest concern is socialize. But the way is one staff member she's amazing I never ask her name she had like green hair. Next time I'll take some pics and share with you!! Blink owner

They dont have air conditioning like normal gyms. All they do is turn on like 2 fans and keep a door open hoping it cools off in there. And one of the bathrooms stalls has been broken without repair for months now. I recommend other blink fitness location or try planet fitness for strong air conditioning and chill environment

I enrolled today with the 10$ monthly coverage that has a small cancellation fee. I enrolled in 6 minutes 😂 Natalie or Nani was very helpful and professional. I saw some negative comments 😆 hey owner and/or regional manager as long as you’re reading and fixing these issues then it’s all good 😆 any gym at peak hours 5-8 pm suck regardless. This gym was super clean and all employees looked happy working there. Ty for the hiring of them and the cleanliness. As of now 6/6/2022 gym was 💯
