The landlord that runs this spot is amazing and very accommodating to have you feel right at home. Walking to the river is truly amazing. It's very quiet around here and can hear the birds and slight river flow. It's a community that comes with smiles.

Love this little park, Eddie the property manager is friendly, keeps the grounds super clean. neighbors are quiet. Easy access to the river, i’ve been here almost 4 Months and i have no complaints.

I almost made it there by river this week. But because I haven't been that far down the san marcos river yet I wasn't sure what to expect from the river and got out early. Next time maybe. Would love some feedback from anyone who has traveled the length of the San marcos river in its entirety.

Nice Clean Safe Quiet place Good for couple or family! Kid Friendly...Pets on Leash. Far enough off road to be quiet .. Close enough to 71 for fast easy commute... Great for long term.!!!❤

Literally the worst place I came here to see my friends from San Marcos and they came from the other side of the river and crossed over to chill with us , the owner kicked them Out yelling at them to move because they weren’t staying here but they were swimming in the water ? The river water ! Anyways I recommend not to come here they are not nice to the civilians who live here in San Marcos , made me wanna cry because it’s the only part of the river open right now to the public and the people who own the other side of land .

Blind Salamander has one of the best spots on the San Marcos River. The water is beautiful! The people are awesome! The rope swing is beast!

Great park right on the river. Ran by very nice people. The residents are friendly and respectful not to make a lot of noise late at night

Awsome place weather u just need a place for a weekend or a lifetime this is a great park with very good views and very quiet its also right next to the river with its own private access
