I got medium spicy thinking I would shielded from the demonic forces that loom. However after one bite it felt like the gates of hell had opened in my mouth. But, beyond the river styx was the most juicy chicken I’ve ever eaten. Perfect texture, perfect flavor. Very happy I finally tried this place.

I love everything super hot but I was chickened out, and chose X-Hot heat level which is 2nd hottest one.

Tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich after hearing good things about this food truck. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The slaw and pickles add a nice crunch. The sandwich is a healthy portion. I got fries but didn’t eat them as I was quite full after the sandwich. About the heat levels: I went with Hot, and I’d call it more like a medium for me, so I’ll try Xtra Hot next time. Super-friendly staff, too. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you like Nashville Hot.
Fried chicken with very soggy skin and no flavor in the meat. Fries also not salted. Only good thing is fries are crispy. Really don’t understand the 5 stars review. At least the chicken I got is worst than Popeyes/kfc.
Very good chicken spot with generous portions! I like the fact that they actually make their chicken spicy if you ask for it. I would definitely get extra coop sauce because it’s delicious!

Overall Blazin Coop is solid. The sandwich was okay nothing crazy. Good heat and the sauce was nice. The loaded fries stole the show. It was eaily the best part. A little pricey but definitely worth a try.
Sandwich was flavorful and made to order. Service was outstanding: I asked for different toppings on half my order and he split the sandwich before adding the coleslaw to one side. Sounds small but for a fast food:food truck it was an appreciated extra step.
