Blaze Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Bay Shore - 1701 Sunrise Hwy, USA

Excellent little pizza shop. The shop offers a multitude of selection in terms of what kind of pizza you want. They have several different cheeses, meats, sauces and veggies on full display that you can pick and choose to be added onto your pizza. The best and most interactive part is that the chefs make the pizzas right in front of you. Once they are done putting the pizzas together, they pop them in a fire heated oven and the pizzas are then finished in record time. To top off the whole experience, when you finally sit down to eat the pizza, you'll be thoroughly impressed with the taste and flavor of the pizza. It's delicious, comforting, not greasy at all, and very filling. Their pies are about the size of a medium sized pizza from dominoes or papa John's so each person can get their own pie and not feel hungry or overstuffed after eating them. Also they are relatively cheap as well. They only cost 8.95$ per pizza! Very great place, definitely go there.

I brought my girls because of a school fundraiser. They didn't disappoint. Even though they were swamped with both in-person and online orders, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Matthew, who was completing the pizzas as they came out was grace under pressure. And to top it off, the pizzas were really good! I had the Red Vine and it didn't disappoint.

Google couldn’t wait for me to review. Sent me request by the time I got home. I’ve been here once before after it first opened. Sorry it took me this long to get back. I created my own 11” pizza with pineapple and pepperoni. Drizzle with olive oil and pesto. It was great although I would have preferred not using pesto drizzle. I prefer my local pizza but I enjoyed it.

The restaurant in Bayshore is infested with gnats and flies. Check out the condiments area next time you pass through before you order.

Chipotle of pizza basically, build your own and they cook it on the spot. Pizza wasn't the highest quality but it was pretty cheap and they have a lot of customization options. A little on the greasy side if that's something that bothers you, but overall worth trying.

Hands down, this place has the BEST pizza! I love it when I'm able to customize my own pizza and this place has everything you can think of. The pesto is made fresh right in front of you the crust is thin but perfect! All their ingredients are fresh, farm to table. The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff superb. We had a group of about 14 and we spent about an hour here. We were welcomed with big smiles and they never rushed us out. This is a must if you are hungry and in the area.🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

The pizza is made well. And service is great. The size of the pizza may appear small to big eaters.

It's exactly what you expect. Tons of toppings, a thin crispy crust and fast pizza. Got zero complaints. No surprises and the pizza is good just get tons of stuff. Place can easily seat larger parties. Great experience overall
