Service is always top tier at this location. But after getting my food and sitting down today, I realized how much of a DEEP clean the restaurant is in need of. A lot of things look dirty and covered in dust because of just simple neglect. I won't be returning to this location until there are improvements.

I hope you have video cams in the store to verify what I write. I ordered 2 pizzas online. When I arrived early I came in to see the status, so I could grab them while they were fresh. The entire crew was standing around a customer, listening to him pontificating on the meaning of life. I stood there quietly, waiting for one of the employees to look at me so I could ask the status of my order. Finally, one of them did and I gave him my name. He said they were still being made, but they were all listening to Socrates. I also noticed that 1 pizza was in the oven. I went outside on the patio and watched them all listening to Socrates for several minutes. Then, several customers came in to order there. They started to serve them, and I noticed there was still only 1 pizza in the oven. They then placed several pizzas in the oven, and it turns out the original pizza in the oven was mine. While an employee was removing that pizza another employee laughed and said to the other employee that it was burned. He smirked and put MY burned pizza on the area where it was to be cut up. It sat there. He then removed the pizzas of the other customers, plus my son's pizza. He ignored my pizzas and added all the dressings for the customers, sliced them, and talked to the guy. I finally told the guy don't even bother slicing up my pizzas. Even the burnt one you were laughing about. I need to go. Just give them to me, please. As I was walking out he said "have a nice day, sir." Please look at the cameras, if you have them. I did nothing wrong, and was treated like I had *** all over them. I don't want free pizza or anything from your company.

I wanted to give them a shot because I’ve had their pizza before and it was decent! But Blaze… c’mon… you cannot knowingly burn a pizza this bad, put it in a box, and serve it to someone. It was inedible due to how charred the bottom was cooked.

Amazing concept, amazing pizza! The Build Your Own is easily good for two meals if you’re a small-sized person. So many good toppings to choose from, including healthy options like roasted broccoli. I would eat here everyday if I was immune to heart disease, hypertension etc. Huge shout out to whoever made the call to use the OG British biscuit in their S’mores pie.

Deeeeelish! Had an hour between meetings, stopped in for a quick bite. I had the Pick Two. ( Build Your Own half pizza & side salad) Everything is super fresh n made to order, just the way you like! I will eat twice off of these portions and all for under $15......Wut!!!!! I highly recommend you find a location near you, or take a drive, it's well worth it. I will certainly return!

This place has changed and not for the better. Not sure if policies on ordering pizza online only is good for the business. The thing that set blaze apart from other pizza places is the dine in experience. That’s completely gone. The idea of ordering pizza online only after walking into the business makes no sense. They would rather lose business sticking to a policy than take feedback on the customers reaction. People walking out because they feel blindsided by this is just dumb. I get businesses trying to create a habit for the customer but let’s say that works for things people can’t do without like technology than a pizza place that’s is surrounded by 10 other food places to eat. You are in competition. Something corporate should keep in mind. I usually come here with friends “hey guys let’s go to get blaze” with this experience I am sure I can’t do that anymore. Everyone hated the experience and the pizza was cold before we got it. Although we ordered it right there. The employees just fixed the pizza and put it on shelve even after trying to politely have a conversation with the employee on the changes and if they would call our names when the pizza is ready no name called, we had to walk up to a shelve to grab pizzas we ordered inside the building they just let the pizza sit because there is no setup on informing customers their pizza is ready. Blaze must realize at the end of the day like all similar businesses it’s in the experience and service business and they have lost that with this new approach. . A thing I used to like about blaze was being able to get the right amount of drizzles on my pizza but that’s gone too. I know how the flavors go on my pizza that’s why I go in more times than order online. Some of these policies looks to be above the employees so a very non innovative approach from corporate. What might work in a big city somewhere may not work for a different area. In summary the customer service is bad, the online only order is also bad as it takes away the experience and communication that comes with going to Blaze. The idea of placing the pizza in a shelve to get cold and not receiving a text call or your name being called is just outright dumb. Pizza isn’t good cold. The risk of having everyone touching all the boxes just to get to one pizza is also a potential hazard for Blaze. I doubt I will be back and won’t recommend Blaze at this point.

Amazing, Mother's Day with son. He knows how much I love Pizza. The ingredients were fresh my pizza was made to order and delicious: elite cream pesto with Chicken, onions, banana peppers, tomato & mozzarella & feta cheese. Yuuummmmm The service was great without a long wait.

Great pizza and friendly staff. Dined at lunch right after opening and the crowds were light. Prep was quick but nowhere near the 180 sec advertised but we weren’t in that much of a hurry. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The pizza dough is formed fresh when you order and whether you choose a pizza off the menu or build your own from the many fresh ingredients you’ll be pleased. Beer on tap along with coke products are available.

It’s really nice that when you have a craving for good pizza and order from your favorite spot. Never disappointing. I love my veggie pizza. FYI Beware. I tried the Lavista store and ordered a medium veggie with anchovy and this is what I got.

We went to this place one night for a dinner date. The atmosphere is amazing. It gives you the Italian pizzeria vibes. The pizza is what we were looking for. I don't like olives, but I tried the imported olives for an appetizer, and they weren't bad
