BEST BLAZE EVER!! The gentlemen’s that brought it to my car for a curbside order had COOOOL tattoos!! They had my order ready 15 minutes early!. I had asked “please put as many marinara sauce sides as you can!:)” as you can see they hooked me up like no other place!! 5 STARS I RECOMMEND!!

I really liked this place. I can honestly say that this pizza is the best I've had in the US. It is cooked in a real oven and is very similar to Italian pizza, I was in Italy. I want to immediately answer those who write negative reviews about the fact that supposedly pizza or one side of the pizza is a little burnt - dear visitors, it is NORMAL for pizza cooked in the real oven if one side or the bottom of the pizza looks a little burnt. The second thing that I liked is the staff and service and very polite staff. The hall is clean, the food is prepared in front of you and you can see that the ingredients are fresh. We made an order and first brought a pizza in a box, they said that unfortunately it was spoiled, showed what was wrong, apologized, and then brought a remade pizza on a plate. We were also allowed to go inside with our dog, but we sat down to eat outside so as not to disturb anyone. I want to say a big thank you to the people who work there, thanks to them there is a very good impression of the institution and I want to come again

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Employees definitely need more training. Manager needs to learn how to handle orders.They prioritize online orders and completely ignore walk ins. 5 employees refused to assist 1 customer in line. Not even 1 out of the 5 employees working tried to take my order. Was told to wait and continued to act as if there's no customers in store. Nancy was very rude and did not even Apologize for the wait. She definitely needs to be taught what customer service should be.

I really like their pizza. My favorite is the their meat eater pizza. Its got really chewy crust which I love and plenty of toppings. Its a good size, I would say that two people can split it. This place is also conveniently located on upper state in 5 points shopping center. Its on the state st side so you don't have to get into all the mess that is the 5 point shopping center. I also like the vegetarian pizza. try them!

I wanted to add to this I received the response from Blaze, ostensibly the owner, to visit them online.....that just shows that they did not even read my comments already sent to their online portal..... and they have my number and email anyways from the order that was done online. Perhaps they could have gotten a better review had they been courteous on the phone or even in fact answered their phones.... So, my sentiment still remains, awful service, awful pizza, awful is an understatement... much better Pizzas in SB Second time we ordered and figured to give it a chance after the disastrous first time. Worse than the first time Our pizzas arrived ice cold and all 3 were beyond burnt… This has to be the worst pizza spot in SB and don’t try call them, not only is it a struggle to get through but when you do and ask for the manager they tell you that he is too busy to talk. Awful awful awful

I've stopped at this Blaze a few times driving up the coast. I'm not from the area and went in without a mask, because my county has lifted the mandate. The employee was extremely upset and stared me down while we paid. He intentionally burned my pizza and we called him out. He freaked out and was pulled to the back and I overheard him saying he wanted to strangle me. I know i should've worn a mask when first came in, but they handled it horrible.

Pretty decent pizza. Had a few issues with my delivery, but I reached out to their fantastic support team and had everything fixed. Will be giving them another try -- most likely in-person this time!

I felt like the person making my pizza was annoyed. The guy cooking it was some sort of pizza oven savant, working his magic. The pie was delicious.
