This place was dreamy to stay at. We took a mini honeymoon in Blanco and stayed in Villa #4, and are so happy we chose this place. Check-in was super easy and contactless, as they have digital keypads that can be locked/unlocked with a personalized code. The style inside the room is gorgeous and reminiscent of Italian architecture, and it is very clean and spacious. It is clear they put a lot of care into the style and decor of the room. The kitchen area had a mini fridge with a small freezer with ice in it, microwave, coffeemaker, ice bucket, and was stocked with coffee, dishes, and utensils. There is a large bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, closet, and long countertops. The bathtub is very large with jets. The king-size bed had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The TV had satellite channels and we had no problem finding something to watch. The balcony is big and overlooks like the nice courtyard, and has a beautiful view of the Blanco River. The location is ideal - it is in a nice and quiet area, sits next to a delicious restaurant, backs up to the Blanco State Park, and is minutes away from downtown Blanco. Due to the style, size, cleanliness, location, amenities, and views, we would highly recommend this place, and definitely plan to go back and enjoy the villas again!

Very comfortable bed, lovely furnishings, nice bathroom, and best of all? The owner, Elissa!! She is great to work with and quick to respond. Plus she's just a lovely person.|| We have stayed in Villa One at Blanco Riverside Cottages and Villas on four different occasions, every time for 5 nights. It never gets old. The location is excellent with access to the Blanco State Park and the Blanco river right out the back door. Just walk across your back patio, unlock the gate with the code, and you're in! Definitely the best place to stay in Blanco, TX.||We will definitely be back!

At the edge of Blanco State Park, it's easy access to the river and nice walks. Although close to the highway, we were troubled by NO noise. I'd certainly go again and recommend it to anyone who might be hesitant. The cottage is really cute inside as well...sort of rustic in a good way, not kitschy, and comfortable. And having your own little front porch makes for easy waving to neighbors. :-)

Stayed two nights in Pull-Through RV site. We were in Blanco as vendors of the Magnolia Festival. Super convenient and easy access. Gravel covered and level. Had a power issue that was quickly fixed. Would stay again.

We had a great stay in the villas. Everything was very clean and the view of the river made a great way to enjoy coffee in the morning. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because one of the bathroom sinks did not work. ||Also, the walls are thin and some other guests were fighting all night during our stay and it made it difficult to sleep. Not the fault of the villa, but still put a damper on our vacation.

Cleanest, cutest rental we've ever stayed at. We stayed in The Coral and our family rented the other 3. Cold A/C! Hot shower!. The pictures show their old baths with spray nozzle that you use while sitting down. They remodeled and have a full jacuzzi bath and stand up shower/shower curtain- which I was happy to see. Will definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent visit this week at the Blanco Riverside cabin. Everything was very neat and clean. There was obviously a lot of great planning involved in making the cabin very enjoyable to stay in. The WiFi works but could be made a bit stronger if possible. Overall an excellent visit and we plan to return.

We really enjoyed staying at the Riverside Cottages this past weekend. The room was clean and cute! It is a great location too. You are right in front of the river so has a nice view. Next door is a good restaurant, but it's always closed when we try to go (Josie's)! Accommodations included a small kitchenette (sink, microwave, coffee maker, & utensils). Cute little front patio to sit and view the river. Again very clean and attention to detail that one would need for a long weekend. We also appreciate being able to stay for one night. We will certainly come back!
