What can I say? Not the Blake's of old but I'm still a fan. Staff was responsive, facilities were clean and the food received in an acceptable amount of time. Green chile was mild at best and scarce... I had to push it to the edge of the burger for the photo.

Very friendly and fast service! The food was very yummy and fresh! My husband and I enjoyed the food. However, the entire inside was very dirty; the drink machine, drink area, all tables, chairs, and lobby floor had food, trash, and dried spills in various areas. The bathroom was just as bad. There were lots of workers, all busy and working, but the manager on duty needs to balance cooking and cleaning with staff to provide an overall good experience. Photos do not show detail of how dirty the lobby is. Though dirty, food is good and staff great. The kitchen looked clean and we were in a hurry and the reason we stayed to eat. Suggest training managers to have focus on all areas and stuff.

Placed an online order at 6:30. Went to pick up order at 6:47 and waited for ten minutes, even though I was the only one there for a while. Got to work and started eating my food and realized the carne adovada was totally missing and there was no extra red Chile like I had paid for. Also ordered an iced coffee. Coffee was HORRIBLE. Called to ask for a refund and they did not want to allow it. Spoke with a Manager, Cassandra Gonzales, who was VERY HESITANT about a refund and did not want to give me her name when I asked for it. Will follow up with corporate tomorrow.

Newly rebuilt location. Wonderful design, decor. Customer service is always friendly. Twin drive-thru ordering lanes. Much improved parking area. Traffic ingress/egress is still difficult due heavy traffic at intersection, combined with train tracks across the street (not recommended for the semi truck driver to stop at). Clean, beautiful seating areas inside and out. NM Style Cheeseburger was overcooked, dry but tasty, seasoned fries were soggy, warm. Waited for food at counter for over 20 minutes. Placed order at 1:10pm and it was not busy. Could be a 5 star location with better training, procedures. No offer to refill large iced tea ordered, provided at time of payment, drank while waiting in lobby for food.

I would recommend this Blakes 10 out of 10 but this time they had forgotten my fries and I had to drive back around and with my burrito i requested Christmas chili but there’s no chili at all and the worker was trying to argue with me over the phone that the chili gets soaked up and the hashbrowns. But I ordered both green and red chili so if there was any red chili there be red stains on the tortilla or if there was any green there will be chunks of green chili and they also put tomato in their chili which is round. I’m not one to complain but the way she spoke to me making it seem like I just wanted a free item got me upset. unfortunately I was not able to show her in person because I am already on my way to Albuquerque. But I want to show the boss or whoever I spoke to that I wasn’t lying. also I do order my burrito with lettuce and tomato add it on. So it does have the green and red but the chili looks completely different from that

i have good news. we waited a while to try this place because it was newly remodeled and lots of complaints. today we finally came and all our food was great. hamburgers and fries. the wait was 10 minutes and it wasn't busy. im guessing if the place was busy, it would be extremely slow... i would give it 5 stars if the service was quicker, drink machines properly maintained, and if the bathrooms had trash bags in the cans. otherwise, solid place for Monday Lunch as long as it's not busy.
