Beautiful walk and great beach. Easiest if want pavement. Steep on way back. Outhouse style bathrooms at bottom of trail. Close to good surf breaks. Can see lifeguards post from bottom. Lots of huge mansions in the area are nice to see. Parking can be limited at times. Park in rich neighborhood and walk down. Bring water if going to stay a while as can get hot and walk back can be tiring. Will see lots of surfers walking the trail.

Beautiful views. Steep hill down to beach. Good area for surfing.

If it’s hot out, trust me, you’ll be sweating and your heart will be pumping. It’s pretty steep, but it’s a nice paved road hike down and up to the beach. Don’t carry too much!

So the first visit we went down the cliff entrance at glider park, rough, but you'll survive. Like 45 minutes down, little more back up. Today we went down the lifeguard road, about a half hour down, little longer up. I preferred the asphalt road but only 2 hour parking before 4:00 PM so that's a major downfall. We got there right at 4 so cool, but if we were going earlier I'd do the cliff at the glider park. In reality, it's a beach like all others, unless you need the nudity skip it and go to an easier accessible beach.

This is a really nice and rarely crowded beach. It’s a pretty steep walk down and up but it’s a paved road so not bad at all! Just something to know about. Once you are down, though, the beach is really wide and absolutely beautiful.

Very nice secluded minimally busy beach. Nude optional, rescue teams including a helicopter on hand. Very tall long hiking trails, and steep terrain. Jellyfish and other sea life, succulents, lizards and natural aesthetics.

Beautiful hike and Beach. Totally worth the hike out. It's very steep and there is no shade, so bring water. Would recommend

I was told that this is a nude beach, but none were present on the 4th of July (I went there to beat the crowds and it was certainly worthwhile). It was a gorgeous day and the water felt great! I'd definitely return. It's a steep descent/ascent, so be aware!
