1. Great Value for the price.
2. Right across the street from Heavenly Village with a ton of retail and restaurants.
3. Very small room with a barn door to the bathroom, so people in the bedroom can kinda see into the bathroom and there is no sound privacy. Not a big deal for families, but may suck for a couple getting to know each other.
4. Rooms are very small, really only good for sleeping with two people are families with small children. We just needed it to shower and sleep so it worked for us.
5. Everyone was super nice and you can tell they wanted to make sure we had a good time.
6. No noise, which was actually surprising Deering how close we are to live music. Rooms also stayed warm very easily even though it was in the 30s outside at night.
7. Parking can be tricky due to the small lot but we never had a problem ourselves. No room for a trailer or anything, just your vehicle.
We would stay again for sure.
The room is small and looks clean. The beds are doubles, which is pretty tight for 2 persons but still comfortable. There is everything you need for spending a night after the whole day of activities. There's a coffee/tea area in the lobby. Nice people.
I was here during my trip in Lake Tahoe. Overall, I felt satisfied with this hotel, it has great value for its price. The bed, the bathroom are all good. The breakfast they provided was a standard American breakfast (bread with jam or cream or butter, tea, coffee, hot chocolate). They also provide spacious parking lot. The location is close to many restaurants, gas station, and the ski-place. The service is okay. Highly recommend this place.
Gentleman at front desk was very kind and informative on places to eat, shop and do laundry. Room was clean and possibly remodeled not too long ago. Extra pillow provided upon request. Bed was a bit hard for my liking.
Parking: close to the room
Best shower I ever had in a motel! Got a great discount in the off season. Comfortable bed, came with a fridge, heater and microwave.
Highly recommend
Positive: The location and the staff at the counter. Negative: But the room and the bathroom was tiny. It¿s basically a one bed room. The bed wasn¿t very comfortable either. Negative: ""
Positive: The hotel is well-located. The staff was very friendly, and above all, the accommodations were clean. Most importantly, the price was reasonable, which I really appreciated. Negative: It seemed like the soundproofing in the room was a bit insufficient, and the parking lot was a bit cramped. Aside from that, I was really satisfied and would like to stay here again when I returned to Lake Tahoe. Negative: ""
Excellent place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Bed is comfortable and is walking distance to the casinos, gondolas, and shopping. I highly recommend this place.

The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners.
There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job!
