Amazing studio and artists!! I was made to feel at ease with it being my first tattoo. My artist, Jen, did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable while there and explained each part as she was doing the work. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo and I'll definitely be going back!!

We have been several times now and had an excellent experience every times. Jen and Joe truly try to make you feel comfortable both before and during the tattoo process. The rates are excellent as well. I'm certain we will be returning!

Came here for my first (admittedly, incredibly small) tattoo. Went to see Jen because the person who referred to her had incredible linework on a forearm piece. HUGE thanks to Jen for having GREAT patience with me through the process as I struggled to decide on a size of the piece and wasting their printer ink, like a total rookie. She did her absolute best to ensure I got my money's worth of time spent in the chair which was absolutely appreciated and very kind of her to do. I was aware of the shop minimum and how short of a time the tattoo would take due to its size (approx. 3/4in x 1/2in), so it was a non issue for me. It literally took about 3-4 minutes, if that. She was kind and encouraging through the process and I was glad to go there for my first tattoo experience. I have an idea of the process and look forward to getting more in the future. Strongly recommend Jen and the team at Black Sheep.

I got a new piece today from Jen, it was my first time at Black Sheep Studios and she did not disappoint! I will be returning for more work in the future for sure!

My family has gotten 6 total Tattoos in 2022. After years of looking for a place we trusted. YEARS! We kept watching the work and listening to other customers over the last 3 years. Finally we coordinated with Jen and Joe for the first 2. Matching. Jen tweaked the work I sent her and it was instantly a favorite. The work was quick and perfect. Clean, friendly, 1st tattoo or 5000 they have a great manner with you. We went from 2 to 5 and even our oldest now has her 1st. We have 2 (matching for my wife and daughter) more planned in August and cannot wait to see that result. They are amazing.

The first thing you should know about me is I don't write reviews, ever. Because who cares. BUT. I had such a good experience with this studio from start to finish, I was inspired to preach to you fine people of the Internet. Their communication was on point from booking to my opinion on size, placement etc. My tattoo only took about an hour, but their studio is so welcoming and chill, I would have no issues sitting there for more pieces. Thanks guys!
