Just checking in for my recent experience at Black Rock Coffee in Arlington However, my recent visit was exceptional. The baristas were friendly and efficient, looked down and before I finished paying, my coffee was waiting on me. I ordered a Irish Cream Breve, and it was exceptional. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the milk was steamed perfectly. I also grabbed a bag of your Old Town whole bean coffee also recommend by the staff. The atmosphere at Black Rock Coffee was relaxed and inviting. I love that they have a variety of seating options. I highly recommend Black Rock Coffee to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a delicious snack. I will definitely be back soon! Sincerely, New Member
My first time here!! It's so hard to find a good matcha latte. It's always a hit or miss with matcha, but it was a hit here! It was so good. I miss it already. The customer service was nice too. The ladies were sweet.
I very much enjoy the flavor of the coffee here, and have enjoyed every visit. My only issue I have run into is aim the evening - only one person is running things and they seem to be very focused on closing tasks. Is it standard to not have a single pastry available to customers after 5pm? Also I think the barista was stressed, but my cup was only 2/3 filled.
The food wasn't very good, the coffee was amazing and the service was fantastic!!! The food tasted freezer burnt maybe? I don't care honestly, I will definitely be getting coffee here again, great flavor combinations!!!
1st visit, e930am on Saturday, has a very “Austin-eee” feel. Coffee was good. My usual was $1 less than at Starbucks. Lots of cement flooring and walls that create a very noisy environment, needs acoustical dampening. Definitely will go back.
Let me start out by saying I absolutely APPRECIATE everyone at this particular location. EVERYONE is so welcoming and helpful. Bailey is so amazing!! She’s welcoming ,efficient, and provides some of the best customer service. Thank you ALL for ALWAYS helping make my day better.
I came here with a friend and we loved it. We tried the iced Mexican Mocha and it was delicious; I am also glad they have non-dairy milk options! The place also seems great for college students to work on assignments/study. Friendly staff as well!
First time here and tried the black out it was pretty good. It’s like hazelnut coffee per their recommendation. Will definitely come back to try diff flavors.

I love Dutch Bros but this specific location is my fave! I always order the same drink at any Dutch that I go to but it's either a hit or miss because it never tastes the same except at this location. Sometimes it tastes like watered down coffee but
One of my favoriteâs in all of dfw. The atmosphere is awesome for doing some studying or taking a card game and drinking with friends. My favorite hot drink is a London fog and Iâm not joking they are the only ones that make it delicious. Any oth

Serenity is so awesome! Serenity was so kind and professional, I just had to ask her name to mention in my review because you donât come across genuinely kind people like that everyday. I came today for a chai tea latte and I had to be a klutz and
The customer is never right at this location they will always argue with you over something little like adding soy milk to your drink. The weekend shift is the worse and never make any drinks right this is the second time Iâve had problems at this
