Black River Falls - Recreation center in Ishpeming - , USA

Super hard for us to find lol. Just keep following the dirt road and you'll pass some driveways that say do not trespass. You'll come up on a small parking lot and go down the only trail there. The falls are really neat.

Awesome hike. Really short. Falls were somewhat tricky to find. GPS wanted to take me through private property. Even the actual road in to the trail seemed like we weren't supposed to be there lol

A beautiful easy hike. The family really enjoyed it.

It was a little difficult to get to with the original bridge being down. It was definitely worth the extra effort to get there to see it!!

This was by far, one of my favorite waterfalls to visit! It was harder to find/ get to than most, but so worth it! One of the locals keeps replacing the waterfall sign that she told us keeps going missing (as we got a little lost). As you go down the main trail, you run into a spot where a bridge once was. Instead, you have to go off to the left, down a barely noticeable tail. You go through the dried water bed, and up some large, hilly rocks. Then you come to a second, very old, shaky bridge. Once you cross that, you can step down into the water bed of the river/ waterfall. It is such a pretty spot and worth the hike!

Gorgeous and isolated. It's hard enough to get to that tourists tend to stay away, but it's also just a quick 5 minute hike from the parking area. An amazing hidden gem off the beaten trail with swimming and fishing a plenty.

This was amazing. So peaceful and fun to explore.

You can no longer get to them unless we went the wrong way. We parked where it showed and walked the trail but it ended at a giant ravine that looked like it may have had a bridge at some time.
