Brandon is the absolute BEST! Goes beyond! I was frantic when he called (computer stuff scares me to death). He calmed me down, fixed my issue and found things we had in common to talk about while working so I wasn't just staring at a screen. Super nice guy and knowledgeable too (great combination).

I have used Black Line IT(Brandon in particular) for almost 5 years now, server hosting for 3. In that time their staff has been incredibly respondent and have taken care of us in a very timely fashion. We have had little to no downtime. The little downtime we may have had was nothing to do with their hosting or service. However, it was their level of expertise and professionalism that put us back in service. Their response time and knowledge are incomparable to any other company I have worked with. It is because of them I am able to go on vacations without worry, knowing my staff and our servers are in great hands. I would recommend them to anyone.
Wonderful team to work with and are advocates for you in getting your issues resolved. I had a terrible issue with Microsoft and Michael Gentry stayed on top it for me and was able to get it resolved.

I reached Adam, who was able to help get my password reset and get me back into my account. Adam was very professional.
