Best breakfast and lunch I've ever had at a conference. Beautiful meeting space emphasized by the incredible views. Had a good drink after in the upstairs lounge, great service. We'll find a reason to come back!

One of my most favorite birthday dinners ever! The food, atmosphere, and scenery were wonderful. I can’t say enough about the fabulous service - Maria is a gem!

Decent food, and pretty overpriced for the quality. The service was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is very spacious and nice… Food 4.5 stars. I was tempted to give four stars because it was good but for an expensive meal I was expecting very high quality. It was… better than your average but not that great. They make it look nice, but it lacked a lot of flavor. Service 4 stars: this was the second time we have been here. The second time it was 5 star service. The first time I would give it a 3 star. The first time, the hostess was annoyed and was demanding/pressuring a decision to be made. Not only that but we went for one purpose only on the menu and they were sold out of that one thing, so we simply left.

Went here Sunday evening to the bar upstairs. Nice bar and good service. They were not quite up to speed as yet since no food was yet being served there. We tried to get into the restaurant but they had closed to more guests at 8 pm but the restaurant was half full. I get that it was memorial day weekend, and the lack of employees seems to be a persistent issue, but a little anticipation would seem prudent. We went back for breakfast the next day. It was early so not crowded. We had a good breakfast with good service.

We were so excited to see the new lodge at Black Butte and it is so beautiful and the views are stunning! We had breakfast here and it was pretty good! Service was pretty good as well, but there are still some fine tuning to be done! I rated it a 5, but a 4.5 would be more inline. We will try it again soon!

Really lovely experience. Despite some initial confusion about who our server was, we ended up with superb waitstaff who more than made up for it. The food was delicious and beautiful, the view just delightful.

Ate breakfast here a week ago with 11 people. Our tradition through the years has been having breakfast on our last morning. The reviews were varied. We had two children in the group and were surprised there was no kids menu since it’s a family vacation spot. The eggs Benedict was disappointing. The egg was barely cooked and the bacon instead of Canadian bacon not up to par. The spinach and Swiss cheese omelet was just okay. Banana French toast was tasty but very heavy. Olivia was a fabulous server and the new lodge is absolutely beautiful. Hopefully the food gets better.

Nah, not at all impressed with their new restaurant. First of all, they sat 5 of us at a table (small booth) really meant for 3 at best, 4 would be ok, but 5 of us? Should've said something, but didn't want to rock the boat first thing. I didn't like the booth because I felt all closed in and can't even see around the view of the restaurant itself, beside the fact that my arm was falling off my end of the table because two of us were squeezed in a spot really meant for one. The appetizers were good (but small), but the rest of the menu wasn't impressive for the price, imo. The shrimp were overcooked and the rice was gummy, not fried like the menu said. The rice for the fish was also gummy. The chicken wasn't too tender, either. And the main thing was we had a bottle of wine ordered for us by phone by an out-of-state family member, for our dinner reservation, but did they offer it to us? Nope. We would never had even known as the restaurant didn't keep track on our reservation that we should have gotten that. Only because we were informed by our family member halfway thru our salads (had already finished our appetizers), that there was a bottle ordered for us, and then we had to ask our waitress about it. The waitress wasn't apologetic at all that we may have missed out on that as "they weren't charged yet," so I guess that would make it ok if they never got it to us as ordered?? Ok then. I have no desire to ever go back again. Wasn't worth it for the price and service. Sorry. They could do much better with the food, too. Sisters Oregon Resident 12/21/23 5:30 pm reservation
