I LOVE IT! And here's why...Beaumont was in desperate need for a quality cafe, and The Black Bear Diner fills that void completely! Bring your appetite and expect to wait during peak breakfast hours, but when you are seated in this rustic mountain cabin atmosphere, your mouth will begin to water for all of their extensive offerings! Any meal combination possible is available all day. I chose to have the breakfast designed from 3 columns of egg, meat, and either waffle, french toast, pancakes or biscuits & gravy. Topped off with a few shakes of the Papa Bear Hot Sauce & bottomless coffee, I left with a full belly, leftovers for later, and a smile that held me all day long! Easy on the pocket book too, at an average cost of $15+, Black Bear Diner will see me again and again in the very near future! PS: Pick up a homemade slice of pie to take with you, before you roll out of the door!
For me this was a great diner to stop at. The steak was seasoned perfectly, great potato and for me the broccoli was cooked to perfection. Not soggy but had just the right snap to it . My server Ms. Stacy was on top of her game and such a sweetheart.
Could not have asked for any better service! Food was cooked properly and to perfection. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing while the wait time was even low while being packed. Our server Erica was amazing at her job! She was timely, friendly, and was very helpful with a smile the whole time. 10/10
My first time eating there .I don’t like to be to harsh on reviews , but I didn’t enjoy my food . I had chicken fried steak and it definitely tasted like something that came frozen and was dropped in grease. Tasted exactly like a steak finger from DQ. I will give one more shot and try the breakfast one of these days . But overall , I wasn’t impressed .
No cap. The comments and compliments about the pancakes are absolutely true. I’m not really a bread person, but I’m sure glad I ordered the pancakes. The meat lover’s omelette was very good with meat throughout. My waitress Crystal was so nice and pleasant. It was my first time, but it definitely won’t be my last.

My Tuesday just got A LOT better. The oxtail lunch was cooked sooo fresh. Oxtails were not too fatty like other places. Definitely recommend trying Big John's Grill. We will definitely be back. Great Service. Affordable and don't forget delicious ð

I took my 4 kids here after we did a bit of shopping. We all loved everything. It is a bit pricey, but it is so worth it. Their presentation is beautiful. The service was great. The waiter didn't even write anything down. (He used his notepad in
So glad we finally got to try this restaurant. The grilled chicken sandwich was amazing! Even the house side salad was fresh. Breakfast brisket tacos were also flavorful. BLT was crispy and delicious! Can't wait to go back. Our waitress was really sw

I go to Outback occasionally, and this location is doing a great job. Friendly staff and reliable quality with big portions. I tried the spicy meatloaf for the first time and had to get half to go after sharing an appetizer. They have some new items
We were driving through Beaumont and we saw reviews for Willyâs, but when we got there, it was closed. Tia Juanita is next door and we decided to go there instead. Wow! What a great family friendly restaurant. Everything came out pretty fast, hot,
