After the third time of coming here I was actually able to get a table. Staff was good. HOWEVER! I highly suggest avoiding the meatloaf it has the consistency of baby food, has no flavor has no redeeming quality to it. I’m glad that this restraunt takes pride in their gravy HOWEVER it too fall short. I will be going back in the hopes that not all their food taste this bad.

Been about Black Bear diner for a Good while. Finally tried it today for breakfast and let me tell you it was a great experience. I regret not having it Sooner. The food was awesome and service was great. I truly recommend it.

This diner is amazing! The ambience is homey, the staff are super friendly and attentive. They have a gift shop in front which has a bear themed merch. They also have pastries in front, lotion and kid's toys. The menu is like a newspaper which you can bring home (great idea). The food is also great! Pancakes and bacon is a must order! A good amount of maple syrup is served with it. They have soda fountainfor the soda lovers and tea (iced or hot) Parking is shared but ample for all customers.

Service was friendly, food was good, and I would've gave a 5-Star but the waitress forgot that I said I wanted garlic toast with my meal. She remembered as I was almost done eating. Restaurant was near empty and she didn't write anything down.

Went for our son's 15th birthday 🎂 We had an excellent time. It appeared they were short staffed, as it did take a long time to get drinks and food. The food was excellent 👌 Our son especially enjoyed the fruit-filled French toast 😋 They blessed him with a delicious oreo cheesecake and sang to him. Thank you!

Took my mom for her birthday! 🎉 First time visit & I had the cinnamon roll French toast. My mom had the vegetarian omelette which wasn’t my favorite. My server Noemi was very friendly & attentive. I would recommend this place to my friends.

First time here. We had breakfast and everything was tasty. Portions were on the small side versus the price. Waitress was awesome. Very clean.

Walking felt like you were teleported to a whole different place. The whole setting was comfortable and relaxing, and all the decor was on point. We were greeted by our server, Cynthia, who was the best server anyone can ask for. My huge plus when eating out is when my soda never runs out. She had the refills on high gear, never ran out. The food was brought to us in a fair time frame, especially with the portions they serve, can't complain one bit. Food was delicious, I had the Bob's Big Bear Burger and my Dad had the Grizz Breakfast. Both were served hot and ready to eat. Quality and portion made this trip worth it. The burger was perfect, from the Bun to the meat, nothing was off. And for the breakfast plate, can never complain when your one meal comes on two big plates.
