Love BJs. However, apparently you do not get the same quality/quantity, if you order delivery. While the wings and burger were very good, the salad, soup (bowl), and fries lacked. The salad looked like a small side salad, the "bowl" of soup was half a cup, and the fry containers were just partially full. The food is not cheap and if we had eaten at the restaurant, the quantity would have been more. Not sure if the staff was just busy and or if there is a difference between eat in and eat out. Was a bit disappointed in this.

Usually I love my experience here but today was absolutely horrible! The manager on duty on Thursday, February 1, 2024 was not helpful and didn’t want to be helpful. I received my salad (the only thing I eat from here) and as you can see the lettuce is old and they didn’t give me the regular amount. When I called the restaurant the first time I was told only Door Dash could handle my complaint. I called Door Dash and they literally called the store and put me back on the line with the same person who said they couldn’t help me. I can see that if you order food to have delivered they won’t give you the fresh food they pride themselves on. You have to eat the food they need to toss out but don’t want to lose the money for.

First time at BJ’s. We will be back. Our waitress was outstanding. Our food quality was excellent. We really enjoyed our steak and the mashed potatoes. The specialty made root beer and cream soda topped it off for a great meal and special evening. My daughter liked the hamburger sauce that came with her meal. She had it on the side and enjoyed it with her fries.

First time at Bj's at this location and it went very well. Food and drinks were great and we also had an awesome waitress. It was a little dark to me but everything else was great. Will definitely come back for a monthly dinner :)

Service was great and the wait was short on a Friday night compared to others nearby. However, I ordered a medium rare prime rib which was at least well done. The manger explained they slow roast their prime rib and if I wanted something medium rare I should get the ribeye or fillet. This is crazy! what? They did replace it with a ribeye (which was very rare) and give me 10 dollars off. I guess I should have known not to order steak at a brewhouse or next time wait the extra 20 min for Longhorn. I guess if they owned the mistake instead of telling me I ordered the wrong cut of meat I wouldn't have been as disappointed.

This was my to go classic cheeseburger meal ordered on January 25 @6:30pm. Fries were amazing, burger however not even cooked.

Stopped by for a late afternoon lunch. Overall, the experience was great and the servers were friendly. Got the new strawberry fields salad and loved it. Though next time I would personally ask for less dressing. The salad felt drenched to me and the lettuce was kind of soggy by the time it got to the table. The avocado egg rolls were very good as well. Loved the crisp to them. My favorites were the spicy mango margarita and the deep dish pizza. I'm not big on sweet drinks but the mango margarita with the fresh jalapeños was so good I had to order a second one. I'm definitely coming back for more deep dish pizza. The dough is so fluffy and the outside is crisp - it was perfect.

Had great prime rib. Our service was great. It was busy but our server made sure we got out good and kept our drinks refilled. And removed plates when we were done with them. The pizookies are a must try.
