1st time coming here and must say was disappointed. So ordered the prime rib to get more fat that meat. Plus to top it off ordered well done and was still raw so had to eat afterwards. Also ordered the salmon and the rice broccoli were raw. Do not see coming back here in the near future. Plus service was a bit slow.

Nine of us decided to have dinner at BJs. While waiting at the bar it was challenging ordering a drink despite the bar was half empty. Once we got their attention the bar tender smarted off telling my wife about how to order a Lite beer given they are multiple choices. He did it in a condescending manner. Complained to management on his rude and inappropriate behavior and he acknowledged he had heard other similar complaints regarding the same bartender. Once at the table I ordered a cheese burger. It was delivered in short order except it was cold. I returned it to have warmed up except warming it on the microwave did not help. Ending up returning the burger for which management assured me they would replace it with another to take home. That never happened.

The food I picked up was horrible. I ordered two kids meals the pizza was so dry no sauce and it was burnt my kid took one look at it and said mom that is not pizza. The second order was mini burgers the meat inside was so tiny that if I got the meat of both burgers it would have made one burger. Never again will I order from here the food was not appealing at all.

I’ve been a BJs customer since Cali. Was super excited they had came to the valley in like 2008 or something right around where I relocated from SoCal. At first I was afraid they wouldn’t last since a lot of franchises seems not to stay too long…even so nowadays. Food and service has gotten way better Over the years. Management is always accommodating about minor to major complaints , not that I’m the one to complain , but to attention for a better experience on my future visits. My all time favorite items are the bread bowls, chicken chopped salad and avocado eggrolls. Pizza always a great option…deep dish style and very loaded. Pizookie definitely can’t go wrong for dessert.

My experience tonight was lackluster. I was part of a large party, and even with 2 servers, it has kind of been a mess. I ordered the salmon, and it was overcooked. I was not impressed with my cocktail, the lavender lemonade, because it did not taste fresh. They almost forgot to take my order altogether and I had to flag them down. I dont understand what the point is of taking down orders in the order people are sitting just for there to be a free for all when the plates come out and we are telling the servers where to put all the plates. Though we were a large group, the food didn't all come out even close to the same time. I was pretty much done with my plate when my dad's plate arrived. We have been waiting about 20 minutes since we asked the server for our checks, but we were done eating a long time ago and we are basically sitting here so we can be released. Total time here: 2 hrs 40 min

Went there on 10/29/22, our first time here and had a wonderful time. Our server Peter was very knowledgeable and attentive and recommended the kickin chicken sandwich, which was delicious by the way. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the calamari to the wings to the Tri Tip & ribs. We got a table as soon as we entered, there were a lot of people but not too bad as expected for a Saturday evening! Will definitely recommend BJ's and will go again!

Love BJs, incredible craft beer. Great food and service. Managers are friendly and attentive.

8/10/22 around 2:33pm Came here with my boyfriend (now fiancé) for a lunch/early dinner. Randomly if I may add. He’s worked here before so he suggested I try it too. Mozzarella sticks were good! I would have given 5 stars but personally I did not like the breaded chicken steak thing. Not my preferred choice. Steven got the steak which I stole a piece of😌😂. Overall good place.
