I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food that they had. Southern cooking at its best. From homemade biscuits to boiled shrimp to collard greens to the dessert bar, it all was yummy. I had fried green tomatoes for the first time in years. Cooked perfectly!! The staff was extra friendly and always kept my drink filled to removing our dirty plates. I was super impressed. The price was reasonable for the variety of food that they had. We were able to walk right in and be seated. They demand respectfulness from their guest by having your pants where they belong on your hips without the underwear from showing. Very polite coming and leaving. This restaurant is huge if you'd like to have a small or large get-together. I highly recommend you try this if you're off the beaten path.
Some of the fried items are unrecognizable if I'm being honest but the food is not bad at all. The condiments on the tables make it better of course but all and all the food was not bad at all. I would not mind and probably will go back. If your looking for home cooked country food this place is definitely a contender
Let's start off with the smells..we walked in, a were hit by the overpowering smell of cleaner. Now usually that will fade, but one of the waitresses kept cleaning and cleaning with it till it drowned out everything else. Let's move on to the food, the only one who appeared to enjoy it was the pregnant woman up front who probably ate 4 servings of food while we were there. The mashed potatoes were so runny that they sloshed around on my plate, soaking every other item on it. As did the spaghetti, and Mac n cheese(look I tried a few things so this review wouldn't sound like a petulant Karen) The only thing good was the soft serve..go figure, the only item that the cook couldn't touch. This place used to be good, and I and my family ate there quite frequently. Finally they couldn't figure out how to turn on the outside sign...possibly a blessing so more patrons wouldn't eat the embodiment of despair in buffet form. Never again. The only seasoning that would fix this place is a salt shaker on the bulldozer that levels it.
We had a Barrow Co. Retired Educators meeting there in a private room. The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Great selection on the menu and the service was excellent. We will meet there again because our experience was so good. Thanks, Bridget & staff
Everything I tried was delicious. Definitely worth coming back Edited to give one star for service. Waitress was blah and another waitress was just rude. Almost bumped into my daughter and didn’t stop or say excuse me, just kept going. I’d still come back but don’t expect better service next time
The food wasn't the best. The only thing I enjoyed was the cabbages and sausage. Mac and Cheese smelled/tasted spoil. Fried fish and fried green tomatoes were soft.
Had a great time at this restaurant. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and all the food was terrific. Salad bar was fresh, with no wilted lettuce. Workers maintained the buffet very well. Will definitely be back!
The new owners have a new way of treating the customer, (as well as a new cook?). The food is MUCH improved, as well as the overall attitude by everyone! If you stopped coming here a year ago, try them now!
I havenât been here in a while and went for a birthday party and was delighted! The service was great (which was even more impressive as we were a huge, noisy group and no one sat still) and she did a fantastic job. I think it was Maddie or Kaylee
It's another holiday season at Ruby Tuesdays. Once again the bartender Becky is exceptional! She's on her game! All the women here work hard and the kitchen staff is awesome. Smash burgers are fantastic! Mushroom swiss. YES!
My first time coming here and it was amazing! Another customer recommended the pralines and cream shake, and it was sooooo good! It didn't taste powdery or leave any weird film like I worried, and it curved my cravings completely. Definitely a must-t
Great State Park! The lake and trail is abundant with different ecotones and wonderful varieties of wildflowers that attract butterflies and birds. The staff is friendly and helpful (a special thanks to Diana, a volunteer).
The BEST salsa and delicious food. The service was excellent also. The owner came by and greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was so friendly and sweet!
We camped for the Fort Yargo 50k that was held on the trails at the park. The state park is beautiful and there are many things to do as a family. The campground was super clean and well kept and the trails are beautiful. All the campsites are very w
A very nice state park. Probably the best that the wife and I have been to over the last 6 weeks. We have decided to go to one state park a week until we visit all of the state parks in Georgia. This park has it all. A beach RV camping, primitive ca
